A product recvd yesterday but payment not credited yet please refund a payment into my myntra credit so i can shopping on myntra as my choose, selected size, product and i must say please provide me a right size which i select, want on myntra.. regarding delivery executive

Today by 11 the delivery executive came to pick up my return and his attitude was pathetic the guy came and checked the item and left the packet of the cover just on the ground like literally he put the cover in front of my house. Till date i have not got any negative vibes from myntra but after this i’d think if there is another option other than myntra....

myntra delivered faulty bluetooth earphones

Myntra has delivered faulty bluetooth earphones last week. I had called trice to exchange or return the product and i am only getting false promises since then. As per policy i was supposed to get email for return or exchange within 72 hours and it's been week i have not received anything. Everytime i called they ask me to wait for more 24 hours and just fooling me with false promises...

unable to exchange kurta even after cod

3 libas kurtas ordered were delivered on 11th april 2019 and the amount was paid via cod mode. But the products could not be marked as delivered with the codes and after few days they showed that they have been returned to origin. I have to exchange 1 kurta and i'm unable to do so. I complained 5 times about this to customer care executive. But no result....

I have not received product, myntra has cheated me

I have not received the product. But myntra is claiming that it is delivered. I have spent rs 917 amount. Order i'd[protected]-7055003. Myntra is refusing to help me or even investigate. Please help me

There is no mail communication regarding arrival of product, there is no phone call done by the delivery person to me. Myntra says we can't help you, sorry.

Order id-[protected]. Had ordered one kurta of 917rs and paid upfront. Got the message as delivered but product not delivered. Customer care doesn't have any proof of signature, information about the person who has taken the product or the signature of the person. Customer care says cannot help. Pathetic customer care, not agreeing to refund as well...

issue regarding refund service

Have cancelled a product for which refund was initiated by myntra on 10/04/2019 and they provided me a reference number but still the amount is not reflecting in my bank account and they said that there is no such process.
Reference number (74332749102910142128993)
Is of no use as bank can't check through that.
Bank says to contact myntra for this and myntra says to contact bank.
I want my issue to be resolved...

regarding defective, poor quality products and poor packaging.

I had purchased a grey quilted lavie shoulder bag and a lavie silver solid sling bag of onesize on 21/04/2019 through an indian fashion e-commerce company 'myntra'. I made a payment of rs 3513/-through my debit card. On opening the packed piece on delivery, i noticed that the product was defective and was not at all fresh.
