I placed an order from myntra for pronto trolly but i received a damaged one. I raised a complaint that i want to return this trolly as it is damaged. I got a mail from myntra saying “i regret to inform you that the return request has been declined as product was shipped from our end post proper quality check”.

My order number is[protected]-5772301 and the trolly is costing me 5120 which is not a small amount.

I received a broken trolly as in the zip of that trolly is not proper.

I want my refund. Please take necessary action.

    My order was canceled sending me a mail that product is out of stock, i have orders safari bag @rs 2991, and the same bag is available in store same size and same colour but at price of 5483, for confirmation i order the same product and it was accepted by company, so this is a clear case of fraud, they are not giving me the bag at my old order price, i am having all the proofs and all the emails also

      I was trying to place an order from myntra and chose to pay via upi. The amount got deducted but the order was not placed. The same items are still present in my cart and the order has not been placed.

      Could you please confirm the same from your end and refund the amount.

        I had order a puma sandals 2weeks ago and on the day of delivery your currier service ecom express about to deliverd this product but i cancelled that and they confirmed it that the my request is accepted. But still i am getting messege that the order has been delivered, shipment has been delivered etc etc.
        Please fix this quickly. It is getti very irritating. I hope my complaint will be a important issue to you.

          I had experience bad behaviour from your delivery boy. He had refused to deliver the product on respective address and his way of speaking was too rude and bad.
          I had never expect something like this from you. I hope you will take some action on him and his number is ([protected]).
          I will not buy products from myntra if you will not resolve this problem..

            I had a very bad experience from the myntra delivery boy
            Every order which i placed, this guy has updated with out of delivery location and cancelled himself.. I have shopped with myntra quite a few times to this very same location and i had a smooth shopping experience. The contact number which i get is not even existing. Finally i got the contact after calling myntra customer service. Connecting this guy he had a very rude attitude and denied my order telling its too long to travel. This is really disappointing that myntra is placing this kind of irresponsible and arrogant people with them. The contact of that guy i jave mentioned here [protected]. If this persists i am never going to shop with myntra anymore. Take necessary actions so that u guys wont lose anymore precious customers.

            I want to request myntra to change the delivery boy the next time I order. I don like his behavior, way of speech and the words that he used when delivering my package so I hope myntra would take it into consideration and change the delivery boy in my next order. Thankyou

              Hello,
              I bought a dress on myntra, and it is missing a part of it. The dress comes with a belt and belt is missing. But myntra is asking to return the product and reorder. Now the same product is costly. I had got it on discount. This is not the first time, very recently i had ordered a kurti set and same thing happened. I got kurti with leggings missing. I returned the product. But now again same problem. So embarrassing. I wil never buy from myntra again.

              Cheater all cheating. All fake.
              I've filed a exchange on 18th April and now it's been almost 15 days.Everytime the order is out for delivery, either the delivery guy doesn't contact me or I am told that the package will be delivered the next day.

                मुझे ये बताते हुए खेद हो रहा है कि मैं आपकी सेवा से पूरी तरह से असंतुष्ट हूँ।
                मेरे myntra credit account में जो बैलेंस बचा हुआ है उस रुपये से मैं किसी भी प्रकार की खरीदारी नही कर पा रहा हूं जिसकी शिकायत मैन दो बार दूरभाष के माध्यम से कर चुका हूं।आज दिनांक तक मेरी शिकायत का कोई निराकरण नही हुआ है।
                अतः आपसे अनुरोध है कि एक सप्ताह के उपरांत मेरा बचा हुआ रुपये मुझे लौटाए

                Its MYNTRA fault & why they deduct 150rs cash on delivery charges..

                Why should i suffer because of there fooling business
                Two parcels containing three shirts were supposed to be delivered on 6th May but still it is not delivered. But myntra team is not ready to accept their mistake and still not replying or resolving.

                  I am complaining about lipstick

                  I have ordered 6 lipsticks from myntra, lakme, colourbar in which two are broken n they have mentioned different price of same lipstick which make customer confused. That's why i order same lipstick at different priced which i didn't noticed. They have not mentioned if product is damage then who is responsible. They should mention if something is damage they should refund money of damage product....

                  I had ordered a Berrylush - Women Green Solid Maxi Dress from myntra.com on 28 April 2019 and the same was delivered to me on 4 May 2019.

                  As the dress was not fitting me properly, I wanted to return it and so I requested a return on 4th May 2019.

                  While placing the return request, the app did not allow me to decide a return date and considered it as 12th May.

                  Post that I spoke to the Customer Care and requested for an early pickup and I was told it will be done in the next 72 hours.

                  I received a msg on 6th May saying the pickup will be done today but it did not happen in the entire day.

                  Post that when I contacted the contact centre, they told me it will be done any day before 12th May, but the same was not done before or on 12th May as well.

                  Now when I am calling them about this, they are again telling it will be done in 72 hours and that too they can not give a confirmation.

                  Once the return pickup is done, my money will be returned in the next 5-6 days.

                  This delay in pickup is delaying my money return as well.

                  Please help me get the return executed at the earliest.

                    Ordered a product from myntra,
                    Upon receiving it found it to be empty.
                    Followed the protocol, directly called up their customer service.
                    They apologized for the inconvenience and said that they'd do something about it in a while.
                    Next, i get a mail from myntra stating that they can't do anything about it as from their end the package was delivered.
                    The mode of payment for the product was online.

                      Muhammed al saif i buy 2 products from your minthra online shopee i get delivery on 30/4/2019
                      . I get only the benton shoe the other product is fosil watch and the watch and charger is missing i get only the box and one owners manual book only.
                      And the edge of the box is craked.. As per this mail i wait for 4/5/2019 but i didn't get any conformation from your side then i call the customer care number on 5 5 2019 and one person will attend my call he told me to wait 24 hr i need to wait exta as per his information
                      Then i will call after 24 hr on 06/5/2019 on that time one l customers care execute attend my call she also told me to wait for 24 hr more
                      Finaly i call today and today also your executive told me to wait for 24 hr then i will told him to i want to talk with his supervisor and one mister akash his supervisor told me another 24

                      Actually i make this mail because no one call me about the enquiry or anything i spend for it 13280 inr

                        Hi team,

                        I have returned product on 25 march from my myntra account and confirmed by delivery agent.

                        I have tried to reaching out to customer care multiple in last 45 days but there was no response. My request put on hold abd after 45 days, i received response stating that porduct not received.

                        I have raised complaint against myntra in local police station.. And waiting for respose.

                          The delivery guy Nirmal -.[protected] took the product and failed quality check and never returned the product. The myntra customer care executives Aditya, Nishant, anchal, Rohan kamle, and utkarsh are also not helping me to get my refund or the product back. Pathetic customer service myntra and pathetic products as well... Shame on u.. I've been waiting for the refund from past 2-3 weeks now . Stupid people.

                            I have not ordered the shipment but when i chkd my account someone has ordered shipment from my account and amount in my credit balance got debited. The amount is 708 and it is showing that shipment is delivered to valsad. Also in my account some other address and mobile number is added. This complaint relates to myntra.com.

                              Its been more than one week that my order is not being placed on. Myntra evertime i try they say to reload it and try again and again i m facing this problem since one week i'm not being able to order anything as my order is not being placed. I urgently need to order bt again and again its telling me to reload due. To which i'm facing a lot of problem

                                I was placing an order and something happened my order wasn't placed yet my payment of 1088 got debited with txn id of 105633, and myntra is saying that they haven't received the payment even though my bank gave me the transaction id and said that the payment was made. I reached out to them and after 5 long days of wait they finally responded in a really unsatisfying manner, they simply wrote we haven't received the payment kindly contact your bank for further details, like really?, i have to go to the consumer court if the refund is not done.

                                  When i call myntra customer care they say the problem is of the bank and they have initiated the refund already although there is no history of credited money. When i call the bank they advise me to question the myntra customer care service and that they haven’t received any amount of the same. The myntra provided me rrn no. Which they say i have to refer it to the bank, on calling the bank they ask me to refer the rrn no. From the myntra support itself. They are blaming each other whereas the ussue is not being solved.

                                    I had returned two of my order on 29th of april but i didn't get the refund till date. When i called their customer care they told me that refund has been initiated and had given me some reference number and told me to contact the bank but bank also couldn't trace that number instead saying it can't be done. As it is very hard to follow up with bank every time, so what should i do to get my refund.

                                      I had bought a Puma cap from Myntra through its app but the cap isn't suited for use in the scorching sun as it is made of mesh. Talked to customer care executive but denied to take the product back as said that the product was used. The product was tried for the purpose of checking the condition and its suitability and the product is in mint condition. The behaviour of the company is highly unprofessional and uncalled for. How can an online clothing store expect its customers to check the product without trying it? Kindly check into the matter and help me in this regard. Thank you.
