unable to exchange kurta even after cod

3 libas kurtas ordered were delivered on 11th april 2019 and the amount was paid via cod mode. But the products could not be marked as delivered with the codes and after few days they showed that they have been returned to origin. I have to exchange 1 kurta and i'm unable to do so. I complained 5 times about this to customer care executive. But no result....

I have not received product, myntra has cheated me

I have not received the product. But myntra is claiming that it is delivered. I have spent rs 917 amount. Order i'd[protected]-7055003. Myntra is refusing to help me or even investigate. Please help me

There is no mail communication regarding arrival of product, there is no phone call done by the delivery person to me. Myntra says we can't help you, sorry.

Please help me out...

Order id-[protected]. Had ordered one kurta of 917rs and paid upfront. Got the message as delivered but product not delivered. Customer care doesn't have any proof of signature, information about the person who has taken the product or the signature of the person. Customer care says cannot help. Pathetic customer care, not agreeing to refund as well...

issue regarding refund service

Have cancelled a product for which refund was initiated by myntra on 10/04/2019 and they provided me a reference number but still the amount is not reflecting in my bank account and they said that there is no such process.
Reference number (74332749102910142128993)
Is of no use as bank can't check through that.
Bank says to contact myntra for this and myntra says to contact bank.
I want my issue to be resolved...

delivery boy attitude

refund not received by myntra

regarding defective, poor quality products and poor packaging.

I had purchased a grey quilted lavie shoulder bag and a lavie silver solid sling bag of onesize on 21/04/2019 through an indian fashion e-commerce company 'myntra'. I am complaining about my refund for product returned back to myntra

unable to return the product for the order

myntra credits taken, myntra account hacked

My account was hacked and someone used my myntra credits and ordered from my account. Product delivered to someone in hyderabad. I never ordered it and myntra is not taking any action. Customer care only said to complain cyber police which is very unprofessional at their part. All they say is that they will get back in 24 hrs on email and nothing else....

I have placed an order today at myntra costing rs. 5873.. However due to some technical error... Payment has been deducted twice.. I have the messages from bank showing the transaction status...
Being a regular customer... I am not going to tolerate this... Expecting immediate resolution on this... Otherwise i am going to put it in tweeter and fb.
