I have ordered#[protected]-9769901, 2 shoes from Myntra and one of them is not fitting my proper size. I was confident about the size so I availed for the card discount for both the products. Unfortunately, the ELLE product is not matching my size which is for the amount of Rs.2062.49 and I need the size smaller than that but the option of availing the smaller size is not there. The brand has the smallest size of 36 and I ordered the same but it's not fitting me.
Now, as I have availed the card discount, I have no option to return the item instead, I can exchange but an exchange will not help me as the smallest size is 36 but I need smaller than that.
I do understand that being first time user, I shouldn't have trusted your offering policy and bought the product from myntra. I called customer service and spoke with Narendra(supervisor) but it was of no help at all as he just provided me ""SORRY"" . HE HAS NO RESOLUTION TO AS "WHAT SHALL I DO WITH THIS PRODUCT WHICH IS OF NO USE".
Being a first time customer to Myntra, I am really very upset with your service. Kindly provide a one time exception and help me return the product and exchange it with some other shoes. I am ready to bear the discount that I availed and infact, if you want to deduct the little amount, even I am OK with that as well.
Kindly provide me a resolution for my concern so that my trust can be regained on your service for future shopping.

Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
But delivery boy put product to be on hold due to defected condition.but this is not be the case.
So please give me the approval for returned that product as i am a valuable customer 4 this.
Request you to give the approval 4 this to collect this from me.
