I ordered KOMLI set of 2 solid non-wired heavily padded T-shirt bra K9555-2pc from myntra bt it doesn't fit me. so I applied for return request . Next day they msg that the EXPRESSBEES agent will collect it from me, they also mentioned their number too. I called that agent 2-3 times but he doesn't respond. after 2 days my return request is cancelled without any attempt. Then, I again applied for re-return that product bt same situation were found...again they drop the same msg... again I Called agents and customer care of myntra also ...bt both R not responding...and they canceled my return request again without any attempt ...very bad service ...totally unsatisfied

I want to return back the product which I have purchased from myntra.com, which is KOMLI T-Shirt wireless bra set of 2 (Amounting Rs 499). I am going to apply return request once again so pls make sure that the agent collect that product without delay and I want my refund as fast as possible. my email address is [email protected] proceed it fast

    I have returned a product for which refund is initiated by myntra and they provided me a reference number but still the amount is not reflecting in my bank account and they said that there is no such process.
    Reference number is of no use as bank can't check through that.
    Bank says to contact myntra for this and myntra says to contact bank.
    I am unable to understand what to do.
    Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    My product is having original tag name and in same condition as its delivered 2 me.
    But delivery boy put product to be on hold due to defected condition.but this is not be the case.
    So please give me the approval for returned that product as i am a valuable customer 4 this.
    Request you to give the approval 4 this to collect this from me.
    I ordered a dress today whose price was 1266 but this price was deducted 2 times from my bank account .
    I checked the quantity was only 1 but why I was charged with double amount
    There is not help centre

    I ordered a product last month and then I return it to you hoping for a refund which I never received.
    I ordered a t-shirt which was supposed to be a combo but when i received the order, i got only one . So kindly look into the matter and inform me about it.

      Dear concern,

      I have ordered boult wireless earphone from myntra.com, the box which i received was damage from inside and product was missing. Order no:[protected]-9782503.

      I received the order on 18th april at 13:52, when i opened the packet the inner product of boult wireless was found damaged and opened. Same time i have showed it to delivery person. He informed me to raise complaint to customer service.

      Since he was only a delivery man he cannot return the product. So around 14:30 i have send e-mail to [protected]@myntra.com.

      Now after 5 days if myntra say the case stands declined will not be acceptable,.

      Need your support.

      it has been 15 days now, there is no resolution made nor i have received any reply on this complaint, Will consumer department will help me in resolving the issue?
      It has been 5 days since i ordered my shoes on myntra and when tracked it show it has been shipped but since 4 days the status has been just the same.
      On 7 april 2019 i orderd a women navy solid top bearing order no. 110653495992331058701.when i checked myntra website it was marked delivered already but i havent received the product still please help.

        I had purchased a grey quilted lavie shoulder bag and a lavie silver solid sling bag of onesize on 21/04/2019 through an indian fashion e-commerce company 'myntra'. I made a payment of rs 3513/-through my debit card. On opening the packed piece on delivery, i noticed that the product was defective and was not at all fresh. Even the product does'nt look as appealing as the image and the packaging was also very poor and there were no stuffing in bags due to which the product got completely distorted and as of now my money spent on this product is a total waste.
        Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        I have ordered a jeans and received a different jeans... they declined the return request and says that I have sent right Product...

        I have purchase a pair of shoes from myntra and i m not satisfied with my shoes the quality of my shoes is very bad i had a mistake to purchase the shoes from mytra i want to return my shoes otherwise i will never do shopping on mytra
        I have returned an order and as far as I remember I asked a refund in my bank account and not in Myntra credit but the refund went in Myntra credit which I really need in bank account because I needed it urgently so please transfer it in my bank account as soon as possible.thanking you for your service

          I ordered a nike flex rn 2018 shoes on 20 april 2019 from myntra. I received the call from courier boy on 22nd april 2019 near about at 11 am when i was travelling to my office. I asked him to deliver at my home. When i came back from office i opened up my package and found there was no new nike flex 2018 shoes instead of that there was a pair of old muddy local shoes in the box. I immediately contacted the myntra customer care and reported the same incident with them. They have created a incident issue for the same but i have not received any positive response from them. I have also raised an exchange request from the myntra app. I hope myntra will consider my request and take proper action against he seller and courier company and provide me the product which i ordered.

            On 7th april 2019 ordered a men's jeans from a brand available in myntra and paid via debit card. On 10th, package was delivered. After opening the package, i found a ladies dress instead of the jeans. Raised a return request from the app under the section "received a different product". 2 days later when the person came to pick up the product, he denied to accept the product as the image of the product to be received by him is still of a jeans, and he said to contact customer care and pre-approve the return request so that he has the image of the product received by me. Called myntra, "customer care champion" said that i have to wait till this return request is expired and then call again to pre-approve the request. Did exactly that. On 19th the return request expired and i waited till 22nd if myntra takes any action by themselves based upon my complaint. Nothing happened. Called on 22nd and mentioned clearly to the customer care person that this has to be pre-approved so that the pick up person gets the image of the wrong product received. Generated a return request through their end. Today the pick up person arrived and again the problem persists, he has the image of the jeans and again denied to accept the product. This is harassment and unacceptable. If this way the return period expires then i'll have to take harsh actions.

              I tried to purchase

              Unisex Casual Blue Printed Backpack from Myntra and it was showing a price tag of 592 while I go ahead and placed the order. Now at the time of payment I used a gift card (and validated the same at myntra portal). The gift card number/voucher code was [protected] and entered the voucher PIN and it brought down the payable amount to 92 as the myntra gift voucher was for 500 INR. However when I proceed with paying rest of the 92 INR amount via my credit card by validating the same through google pay the payment failed due to payment gateway's delayed response. So after that I came back to my 'Bags' page which is the cart page of myntra and re-tried placing the order as the it was still showing that the order was not placed. Then again when I tried to applied my gift voucher code and PIN it was showing the value is deducted even if the order was not processed. Kindly help to get these resolved asap.Where as my internet connection was totally up and running and though the payment failed a got an sms that my payment option was verified successfully.

                I purchased product from myntra of rs 2831 ehich i returned back and did not got the refund back for it and it is more than 12 days now. When i called myntra they provided me the refrence id and said it’s initiated, when i checked with bank they said its not done now myntra is telling me it’s bank issue and bank is saying it’s myntra issue. Please help me as i am stuck

                  I have ordered#[protected]-9769901, 2 shoes from Myntra and one of them is not fitting my proper size. I was confident about the size so I availed for the card discount for both the products. Unfortunately, the ELLE product is not matching my size which is for the amount of Rs.2062.49 and I need the size smaller than that but the option of availing the smaller size is not there. The brand has the smallest size of 36 and I ordered the same but it's not fitting me.

                  Now, as I have availed the card discount, I have no option to return the item instead, I can exchange but an exchange will not help me as the smallest size is 36 but I need smaller than that.

                  I do understand that being first time user, I shouldn't have trusted your offering policy and bought the product from myntra. I called customer service and spoke with Narendra(supervisor) but it was of no help at all as he just provided me ""SORRY"" . HE HAS NO RESOLUTION TO AS "WHAT SHALL I DO WITH THIS PRODUCT WHICH IS OF NO USE".

                  Being a first time customer to Myntra, I am really very upset with your service. Kindly provide a one time exception and help me return the product and exchange it with some other shoes. I am ready to bear the discount that I availed and infact, if you want to deduct the little amount, even I am OK with that as well.

                  Kindly provide me a resolution for my concern so that my trust can be regained on your service for future shopping.

                  Looking forward to a positive resolution.

                    Its 100% sure this problem happened from Myntra.com.On 15th April I ordered a dress and I got a message saying "Order is unsuccessful " But Money was debited from my bank account. From 15th To 20, I called them 4-5 times and they first promised it was an error from their side and they will refund it. Yesterday I got mail from saying,

                    "We would like to inform you that the order was unsuccessful and we have not received the payment for the same. Please contact your bank support team for further assistance. Apologies for the inconvenience caused."

                    Such a scam website they could have told this on 15th April but they did
                    not .am hopeless right now

                      Skull candy chops flex is the item i have ordered. I have waited for 3 days for the product.

                      Atlast i have received the product, but it contains another product.

                      How could such things happen? In the one of the trending
                      E-carts.

                      The same product im getting in10% offer, and delivery with in 8 hours of the same day in amazon.

                      This is not the first time it happened. My first product is damaged when i kept for exchange i didnt get any response form the myntra and more over lost my coupon.

                      What else more could i expect from the myntra.

                      Now, you have you satisfy me the coupons and offers. If not i will go for international consumer rights protection council (Icrpc). So that you will pay me the needed.

                      So, make the things fast and easy for you and same for me at the same time.

                      And i must required the reply from you with in 24 hours.

                        My account was hacked and someone used my myntra credits and ordered from my account. Product delivered to someone in hyderabad. I never ordered it and myntra is not taking any action. Customer care only said to complain cyber police which is very unprofessional at their part. All they say is that they will get back in 24 hrs on email and nothing else.

                          I have placed an order today at myntra costing rs. 5873.. However due to some technical error... Payment has been deducted twice.. I have the messages from bank showing the transaction status...
                          Being a regular customer... I am not going to tolerate this... Expecting immediate resolution on this... Otherwise i am going to put it in tweeter and fb.

                            Had placed an order for this leather bag on 6 april 2019 with myntra. The promised delivery date was 15 april. The product was priced rs. 5238 after all discounts. An amount of rs. 5000 was paid as myntra gift card which i had received from my employer. Only an amount of rs. 238 needed to be paid as cash on delivery. The product was not delivered even by the 15th april. I called up customer care and raised several complaints and there was no action. Finally on 20th april they attemtped to deliver the product which i refused to accept because the order was already delayed too much and also since i wasnt available at my home to take the delivery. I have already raised several complaints regarding this issue. The complaint numbers are in[protected]. However there has been no refund for the amount of inr 5000 till now which i had spend using the myntra gift card gifted by my employer.

                              A weeks ago ive bought a puma sneakers for ₹3244 from myntra.
                              These myntra delivered a similar looking fake product of a company name “butchi” and these was a fake street brand which is not even available on myntra.
                              These myntra guys say that it was a logistics mistake but if it was a logistics mistake we’d like to know how did it got misplaced with a fake product..
                              If the mistake was genuine then they must’ve delivered a different original product...
                              And they have refunded on myntra credits but when i asked to delivered on my bank account, the call center lady name “ mallika anand “ hungs up call by saying its a company policy to not convert credits to bank account.
                              It’s actually myntra policy to loot people and their investors.
                              I want my money back because no one should waste thier money on making myntra scammers any money.

                                According to the email received for the order number[protected]-5193301 is out for delivery dated 19th april. However the courier guy neither call nor pick the call when i call him. I was in contact with the customer care since morning and they told me by the end of the day i will recieved my product. However finally around 6.30 i received call from courier guy stating the product will be delivered on monday. If the product doesn't get delivered by tomorrow i will make sure i cancel this order. What type of express delivery is this.

                                    I ordered a caprese bag from myntra on 12 april but i didn't receive the product till 19 april so i check my emails but there were no emails regarding with my order then i check 'my order' section in myntra app, still, there was no order. I was surprised, so i did call on myntra customer care number and they tell me that sir your order has been delivered to you on 13 april.
                                    I talked to them about 2 hours that i didn't get the order please check the details and i also didn't get any email regarding my product.
                                    But they didn't listen to me. When i was talking to them i feel like these people don't have any technical knowledge.
                                    I was really sad that i didn't get the product. But i decided that i will never buy anything from myntra again. A company should give value to their customer. But in case of myntra they don't even listen to the customer.

                                      Its been 20 days but i haven't received my refund yet. They are giving me reference number for the same. After complaining to the bank so many times, i am getting the same reply again and again i. E. They are not able to trace any transaction with the given reference number. I am fed up calling myntra again and again. They don't bother to accept that it could be their fault.

                                        Let me know you that its a worst experience to shop from myntra. Highly disappointed. Myntra don’t have it support cell and it does not have facilities or person to help me from getting my money back. Somebody from myntra it self or from outside purchased from my account and my whole myntra credit of rs 1880 was deducted without my knowledge. How can i get my money back? Is it truthworhy to keep money as myntra credit? I called customer support and he found so hopeless advise me to complain on cyber crime.
