defective product and no response from the seller

I bought a washing machine from Unique Enterprises 16 days back.

First they sent a defective and dirty (with lot of mud inside) model and after many calls they sent a guy who changed the circuit board and asked us to start it after only 8 - 10 hours but it didn't work even after that.

A seller with Ad ID: [protected] is using your platform to sell pirated and trial version softwares and pass it as genuine, when I found it he started to abuse me and threatened me ... the screen shot of the message is attached. Please block this user to save unsuspecting people from getting duped by frauds like this and bring a bad name for olx. Thank you..for your help...

fraud seller stole money

I have reported few ads as fraud still after a week those are still there, he is a fraud seller, i also paid money & he ran, i identified his # because of his dog pics & content that he already sent me, he has 3 ads on olx, i reported the ad as fraud so that no one else gets caught in this unlike me, still u people didn't do anything. He always request the other party to whatsapp their no & he will contact them, i hope now...

I saw an ad in olx.in about apple macbook pro and i contacted the seller for the laptop. He told me he working in customs area and said that now he is in cochin, kerala. I told him don't have trust on you please share me you government id card along with laptop bill. After every verification i was trusted on him and he told me to deposit half money 7000/- in advance to ship out the product. I did it accordingly...

It's is going to be best if you share the seller contact number rather than chat option. So we can contact immediately. Same as at other competitors as they have chat + contact sharing option.

Cause as per my experience on olx, i have sent more than 10+ messages to different seller but not receive any response. It's very time consuming and pathetic. So its better to share the seller contact number...

I complain about real estate app

Sir in olx the real estate seller all are brokers. Not a owners of land/house/selling assets. It is only helpful to brokers. They will demand commission from claint it is fully illegal. So plz don't encourage such useless broker's.in real estate details house for rent or sell or other catagary, all add photos uploaded by brokers, not by owner plz avaide such persons, becz they miss use customers they demand brokerage amount lack together....
