Why brokerage requires my to sign up once again in order to switch to mt4 platform. All i need is just to move to this platform, not registering new acc. Olymp trade was always good brokerage, but that's so unlogical that i can't even describe this. Just why i can't simply use my own trading account, without additional signing up? I think that would be 100% more convenient, at least i have deposit at my account.

That's okay. I don't notice some details either, sometimes. If you already have an account, you can trade from it on another trading platform. To do this, you just need to add a password for MT4. Personally, I'm glad that we now have the opportunity to trade with even more comfort with Olymp Trade. You can see that the broker is trying to make sure that traders work with it in the long run and are satisfied with everything.

To access MT4 Olymp Trade, you need to obtain a login ID, create a password, and download the terminal installation file from the Olymp Trade website. After you open an account successfully, you will receive all the necessary data for the MT4 login terminal. You need to make an account only once, and then you can log in easily. It takes just 10 minutes for the registration. Tell us, please, did you face any difficulties? We can provide you with detailed instruction.

    If there isn't enough funds in your account, but you open a delayed trade, it will be registered, but certainly not executed.
    I have a very positive attitude towards broker, olymp trade helped me to start trading career and study the market, but this mistake led to the fact that i didn't earn enough money.
    I mean, the trade will be registered, but it will not be executed when the time will come.
    My problem was that i expected to get profit from this deal, but as a result i got nothing as the deal wasn't executed.

    I reconsidered that from another point of view and maybe in some cases that can even be effective. For example if I want to create a pending order and than fund my account.

      After depositing 200 usd i made profit of 44 usd but when i have made a withdrawal request it prompted that withdrawal limit exceeds then i put withdrawal request for 200 usd on 11 june from olymp trade user id 61170715 and on 12 june the amount is shown as pay out to me but till now the amount is not credited to my account. On asking customer suppprt they told that payment is made from their side then where has the money gone coz the updated statement of my bank account does not reflect the payment. Also the remaining amount i. E 44 usd is still now showing as under process which i requested to withdraw on 12 june. Plz help me

          How come that the mobile olymp app does not include all the indicators available in the desktop version of the software? I've been trading using the second one for a long while. Yet, the nowadays reality is that we are all using smartphones for all the purposes. Trading is not an exception. I want to be able to trade with mobile app as well as i did with the pc. So far the app is not bad but i'm really missing some of the features. When can we, olymp users expect the mobile app to meet all the high standards that olymp has always set for its' custom software?

              I made a payment withdraw request but it is about 36 days and i did not receive my payment. Also bank is unable to help with given arn number. Support team created further investigation task for finance department. It is about 6 days now. Still my payment is missing. If payment was made by you and in my bank account i did not received it then where is tha payment.in which cloud payment is floating then.

                      In general, i can call myself a lucky trader, because i started long ago and immediately realized that it has certain prospects. So i immediately started to study the market and look for something that suits me.
                      I haven't changed the company during this time, i always adapt quickly and if i find something that suits me, it's not my rules to refuse.
                      But i haven't fully understood why olymp trade has been added to mt4. Many people come here just to get something new and unusual. Why take a trading terminal, which is already used by almost every company?

                      Very glad I found Olymp Trade. I don't know if I could have made it this far without my broker. It provides some of the best trading conditions I've seen: free trading courses, their own platform, minimum deposit with $10. Honestly, I've never met a broker with such favorable trading conditions. You can immediately see that the broker aims to support its clients to achieve their goals and become successful. I started with a demo account, as it has already stood out from other brokers' demo as it isn't limited in any way and it has the refreshable balance. So, even so I realized that I want to continue working with a Olymp Trade.

                              I chose this company for its long history and relatively good references, which were really justified in many respects. But i really do not have enough personal support here, because sometimes i want to discuss an issue with someone who is good at this field.in fact, almost all companies use the services of managers and it really helps to create an image and communicate with clients, because this way you can better learn what is missing and how to become an even more interesting company for other traders.

                                On 28th march 21$ and 10$ amount need to credited but still 9 day goes but still amount is not credit. And 10$ amount debited from my account on 28th march and same is not credit in trade account.

                                Kindly 31$ amount need to credit in my bank account. And same we follow up number of time but they provide only arn number which bank is not respond for that number.

                                  Hi,
                                  I am trading in olymp trade platform, but it is very smart manipulation. Because in one minute trade i put one dollar, it is immediately executed, but while i go for $100 in one minute trade, it takes few seconds because that $100 had to reduced from my live account.in that few seconds i choose option for buy i have to buy that costly than i put a order, so most of the trade go against us.                                   Team olymptrade you people's are really amazing, while i joined olymptrade platform i thought i choosed the best platform for trading which is handled by professionals, but i am sorry to say i did one of the biggest mistake by trading on olymptrade, this is really very irritating while every time the same foolish thing done by professionals, it's more then a month but i still not received my requested withdrawal amount.

                                    I have placed the sell order for 1 hour, after some it's not showing anything and unable to switch to my real account, also unable to see the transactions on my real account, they looted my $56, also they are not responding right now, please help

                                      money withdrawal problem

                                      It's third time trying to withdrawal money from olymptrade, but every time recieving same answers.
                                      But this time you people's changed the format now directly asking for third party e wallet a/c. Maybe this time my bank ready to except the payment but your server is not able to do so, or you people's don't want to transfer directly because you are getting commissions from these ewallet companies....
