Withdrawal amount not credited in bank

Hello,

I have traded a few times and have not had nay difficulty in withdrawing money to my account. However, last time when I withdrew the money, only 5 dollars got credited into my account out of the 15 dollars i should be receiving as per payout Request no.[protected].

I have been waiting for 2 weeks now. I want my money back....

why is there no 1-minute chart?

Why is there no 1-minute time frame in the fixed time desktop platform? I see only 5 minutes, then 10 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour and so on to 1 month. But one that i need does not exist. Why?
It`s unendurable. I need this time frame. I use a scalping strategy and open a lot of trades when it`s high volatility. I want to earn on tiny price movements. But how am i supposed to do this, if there is no 1-minute chart? Fix it, please. Or...

can't find olymp trade app in the play market.

I decided to try mobile trading but i can't find mobile trading app in the play store, i write 'olymp trade app' and play market directly opens me olymp trade trading app but i want to try olymp trade assistant. I don't know how to fix this problem... Maybe someone can suggest sth? Or olymp officials will resolve this? I will be so grateful, cause i need this app to keep on trading....

olymp trade does not refund my money

Hi,

I am deposited $30 in olymp trade wallet and tried to trade and after getting loss, i have left with $26 and trying to withdraw the amount ($26).

However olymp trade does plays with me.

They keep on saying it will be deductde to my source account from where it was deposited. But after requesting them, they said my bank is rejected the payment. However my bank claims that they didn't reject...

Should clients choose one platform and trade on it?

I like that Olymp Trade has recently added the MT4 platform to its functionality. I liked the broker's own trading platform, but it's cool when you have a choice.
And by the way, that's where I got the problem. As far as I uderstand Olymp Trade clients should choose one platform and trade on it? Because personally I can't choose another platform, only one. If I work on MT4, for example, then I can't go back to the old brokerage platform?...

Olymp Trade not allow to trade. Always says your time expire and you trade maximum number of trade.

This is the biggest barrier and not allow to trade. Talk to customer care no use. Please do not go with this website. It will not entertain to trade....

My money gets deducted from paytm attached to my bank account but my trading account doesn't get filled

My olymptrade accounts, one my wife's and other mine have not been filled on three instances. When i used their given payment option of putting money in through upi. I selected paytm under upi options. At other times payment did go through but 3 payments dated 11/08/20, 14/08/20 and today's one which i did on 19/08/20 didn't get deposited to my trading account. Many letters i wrote, it seems this company has now stated earning the wrong way....

I just decided to move up and try vip account, however vip accounts aren't available anymore. Why? Just why and try to explain for me - why that happens and what does it means?

I can't remove an indicator

I always thought this broker was a good one, but lately i've been facing one obscure problem. It's really strange and i haven't encountered problems with olymp trade before, so i hope it's just an unfortunate set of circumstances that will be corrected as soon as possible.

Initially they told it will take 3 to 4 hours later they told 24 hours later to 48 hours now they are telling can't tell the timing....

Deposited amount of $100 do not reflect in my live account

I made a diposit of $100 in my olymp trade bearing id 27243301usd on 30th of july 2020 at around 10:45 pm. Money got deducted from my bank. Few minutes later i got mail that account refill failed. At the instant i asked customer support. I was assured within 24 hours. I waited but still my live account was nill. Again i got to customer support i was assured within 1 to 2 days. I waited, still my account nill. And again i asked for my money....
