      Ordered a duffel bag at provogue.com but i dissapointed with the the quality of product i decided to return it but they are not responding to my calls and mail to their customer care.
      After receiving the product i realised it is vry bad so i decided to return it
      I tried to call their customer care it repeatedly saying network busy
      I sent a mail to their care but no one replying to my mails
      So please help me to resolve my issue

        I ordered a watch from this site offer... Three weeks after also i did not get any information about the order. But amount detected and get the successfully amount received and confirmed the order also. Still, now i am not getting any information about the order. No other way to track my order details. They took my amount but not give the product. They make a 420 here.

            I was received sms to my mobile no on 06th july 2017 that if you are booking train ticket thru icici net banking, you will get provogue bag free. I was booked train tickets 3 a/c from dindigul to chennai and chennai to howrah on 10th july 2017. After that i am continually following with icici bank customer care, they are keep on telling me that within 10 days, 15 days, 30 days & 45 days but till now promo code mail or message. Again i was asked them they're telling me to contact provogue customer care no and complaint this issue. So, please take necessary action in this matter and settle the issue at the earliest.

              I have placed order through hdfc offer section: order no is[protected]
              I am shocked after receiving the order, the product design was partially different. I have placed order by looking at picture of bag, then why the design has changed. I want replacement and send me exact bag as shown in the picture.
              And next time pl either dispatch same bag as displayed in advertisement or you change the picture in add, stop playing with customers, or we will meet in consumer court.

                Being icici loan applicant, they offered this provogue stuffs but i found its fake but i already paid for it. My package delivery status showing delivered and i dont have that product. I did sent mail to delivery company customer care but its been 3 days they did not even responding not their phone number. This is really frustrating. Why would they cheat like this? This is worse experience ever. Never gonna buy anythin like this.

                    I placed an order of leather sling bag with provogue on 5th april 2017. The delivery had to be done in 28 working days as mentioned in their mail. Till now, i have not received my order. The tracking status says order returned. But the order was never delivered to me and i never asked for return. I had mailed provogue folks multiple times to deliver the order or make a refund. But, i didn't get any reply from them.
                    Please refund my money as soon as possible or deliver the product asap.

                          With ICICI offer, ordered bag on provogue.com website, order no #[protected].
                          On March 6th 2017, still there is no proper update from Provogue.
                          Even after raising concern to [protected]@provogue.com there is no support/closure.
                          ICICI Shall avoid such fraud companies and do not waste customer time.
                          If the item can't be supplied at such discount price, do not bluff customers.
                          http://gopigeon.in is also one more worst service provider, never updates the latest status.

And then on provogue it says pending and the next second it got turn in says completed. Now when i track my order it shows complete. Your Customer care not receiving call.                             Product is not worth for shipping cost also
                            I placed an order through icici bank offer code on provogue for a watch. The order no is order#[protected]. I did not receive the order nor did they refund my money, Its more than a month.
                            With ICICI offer, i ordered a bag on provogue.com website, order no #[protected] on March 28th 2017, the amount was deducted from my account on the same day & i received a message stating that i will receive my order within 28 working days, its been over a month & i still havent received my order, kindly resolve my issue at the earliest.
                            Provogue is the fraud company who is cheating customer...Showing somthing delivering other...I suggest not to buy anythng from Provogue

                              I had ordered garments vide Order No.[protected] dated 23rd February 2017 with delivery within 7 working days and made payment through my credit card.

                              Despite reminders by mail, the order has not been executed as on date. My phone calls to[protected] to speak to customer service has a standard answer "all our customer support executives are busy and will come online once they are busy". Even after waiting online for 10 minutes, we get a message "goodbye" and phone is hung up. Calls to their other numbers[protected]/ 640 go un-answered.

                              The order execution and customer service of Provogue is pathetic and non-existent.

                              As usual there Customer Support is non-existent and do not take nay calls.

                              Mr. Arun Bhargava, Chairman and Mr. Nikhil Chaturvedi, Managing Director should be ashamed of the "dis-service" to the customers.

                                I was placing an order online on the website, http://www.provogue.com/ideapostpaid using my debit card but the payment from my IDBI bank account has been deducted and the order is not placed. The payment gateway was "Citrus Pay" using which the payment has been done through my debit card today (31st March, 2017).
                                I am also hereby attaching the transaction receipt of amount deducted from my bank account.

                                The amount was deducted and the Transaction id was not mentioned I have sent you receipt with all the details and even my bank statement is showing the deduction and the payment is made.
                                I still request either kindly refund that much amount into my bank account or failing which may lead to legal action from my side.

                                  Hi,

                                  I bought one leather jacket for my father from "Phoenix market city PUNE" worth rupees 5, 500 /- with bill number- 9C[protected] on Nov- 19, 2016.
                                  He would have hardly wore it 4-5 times. I found that Jacket has torn out after wearing 2-3 times. The material used is of very very low quality..even failing low quality 'Rexine'. It feels very disgusting that a product of a world known BRAND has such a least quality.

                                  As my father lives in Delhi, he is trying to visit a Provogue showroom since then but most of the Provogue centers/showrooms(In Shipra mall Ghaziabad, In Citi center mall MG road gurgaon Ambience mall Gurgaon) have been closed though same is not updated over internet.

                                  Please help me out to either in getting the replacement or full amount back. I will go for a legal action also against the company, sales man (ASHRAF KHAN) and the showroom owner whosoever is the guilty for selling Duplicate/low quality product in such a high selling price.

                                    Hi, I ordered provogue bag between 10- 14 march 2017 and made the payment through ICICI net banking. I received an error message at the payment gateway that it was unsuccessful. Then I checked my mails and there was a mail from citrus pay that the transactions was successful and my Order No #[protected]. Since then I have been trying to check the status of my order on the online portal and i could not see track it. There is no update about the status of my order. I tried to reach customer care number mentioned in the website but could not connect with the representative. Nobody is replying to the call !! Very poor service.!!

                                      Hi,
                                      I got a promotional offer on my ICICI bank account for prologue free accessories and I had to only pay for shipping charges of the product. So, I had ordered for a product and paid the shipping charges amount as 399.0 INR through my debit card. After successful payment, I got an acknowledgement for order receiving date and they had mentioned the 28 working days after successful payment. I had ordered it on 18th Feb 2017 and today is 21st March 2017. The Order No.[protected] had crossed the threshold limit of 28 days and after enquiry found that it's been already delivered ?
                                      There's no personal responsibility from Provogue and number mentioned in complaint is useless. Even ICICI is not able to assist in this and I am just wasting my time and energy to get this issue resolved.
                                      So, finally I'm going to drop you an email regarding this online fraud. Please look into this matter and help me to come out from this situation.

                                        Hi, i ordered provogue blue flex ladies purse on 21st feb 2017 and made the payment through icici net banking. My order no#[protected]. Since then i have been trying to check the status of my order on the online portal and it keeps on showing the status as "processing" since last 3 weeks.
