Rapido — defective app and charging extra money

Hi There

I took a ride on 4th April 2019. I have booked the cab with depicted amount as Rs. 67 and my payment mode was PayTm. However when the journey was completed, it was showing to the captain that I need to pay the amount in cash and that too Rs. 80 but not Rs. 67. I have paid him Rs. 80 in cash.
Then I have raised a ticket #514672 where I have requested to refund me the differential ammount i.e. (80-67) = Rs. 13. Since this is not a cashback but the amount which I need to pay considering a bug at their app, I have clearly requested them to refund in my selected payment mode i.e. PayTm instead of Rapido wallet so that I can utilise my money in other ways. In spite of clearly mentioning the fact they have refunded the amount in Rapido Wallet.

I have tweeted both @RapidoCares and @rapidobikeapp to refund me the amount in Paytm instead of Rapido Wallet. I have got a call from Rapido Team where they told me they can refund in Freecharge wallet but not in PayTm and I have agreed to that as well. They have readily deducted the refunded amount i.e. Rs. 13 from Rapido Wallet however till date the amount has not been refunded back to my Freecharge wallet. I have raised another fresh ticket #593197 which was closed without even replying. Even I tried chasing them over twitter but no response received.

I am really disappointed with the support team of Rapido. As I have gone through several other complaints, I am also echoing the same - they are looting peoples money. This kind of fraud and cheating business should be stopped immediately.
