Rapido — Rapido auto

I have added money to rapido wallet but their auto drivers were not allowing to pay fare through wallets. Now im back in kerala so they dont have service in kerala so i asked for refund and they are asking for my adhaar and pan card details for processing refund. How can i give my personal details to someone. I have registered in the app through my mobile number and email id and have added money through upi so they can confirm through that. And now they have rejected my refund application.
