Fraud from bank account

An amount of Rs 18000 was transferred from my bank account, when I contacted my bak staff they told me that the amount was sent to razorpay i further tried to contact them but their number is not under usage and i am unable to contact them.
My bank and the cyber crime department is also working on this, please help me someone this money was for my basic needs and being a student it is very hard for me.
Please help me...

NPS funding failed but amount debited

Kindly note that I have made a payment of Rs 5017.7 as NPS contribution via razor pay, opting gpay upi. The fund got debited fro bank account. However when returned to nps page, razorpay showed transaction failed. Either credit the amount to NPS account or credit back to bank account....

SIP amount debited twice

SIP amount for June was auto debited on 20th June 2022 (transaction ID : ACH/RAZORPAY/[protected]. However, yesterday (22nd June 2022) my account was auto-debited with INR 10, 000. The transaction ID for the same is ACH/RAZORPAY/[protected]. The bank confirms that the merchant is RAZORPAY software pvt ltd....

Didn't added money to airtel wallet from amazon pay via razorpay upi id

As I tried to add money to Airtel wallet via Amazon pay of ₹1017. But the money didn't added to wallet as the money has been debited from account. Please solve this issue.

Merchant account suspended illegally

Hi, we are Shavi Soft Solutions, A new delhi based software company.Razor pay has suspended our merchant account suddenly.Still there is no clearance from their side. There is nothing that I can see on my dashboard..it's all data is removed. Already 6000+ amount is pending for settlement. All my amounts are sent by registered companies and for all payments, GST is submitted to govt of India.
With what reason my account is suspended...

Successful Gpay transaction but order was unsuccessful

Dear sir/madam,

I have placed an order of a product from https://royaloakindia.com on 07 June 2022 of Rs.13999.52 using Gpay by scanning the QR code from the website's payment gateway and the Payment gateway was Razorpay, the amount was debited successfully from the bank but the order didn't get placed.

Non delivery of weighing machine

Address: GHV MEDICAL ANCHOR PRIVATE LIMITED is 3rd Floor, Capital Cyberscape Ullahwas, Sector-59, Gurgaon Gurgaon Haryana - 122102 India.

I ordered a weighing machine by sending a sum of Rs.999/- to GHV MEDICAL ANCHOR PRIVATE LIMITED through Razor pay. I have not received the order since 08/06/22 inspite of two e mails to [protected]@gmail.com one on 15/06/22 and 16/6/22. Razor pay washes her hands by saying contact the supplier without giving proper e mail, contact address etc. What to do as there is no response from the supplier.Track payments

Refund didn't get credited yet.

My transaction on 4th May for an amount of Rs.747 with hair love India via razorpay got failed and the amount was deducted from my account.
Upon contacting the Merchant, I was told that the refund was completed on 27th of May at 6:15 pm, with the payment ID being : pay_JR69NRXuFwpdRV .
But I haven't received the amount in my bank account yet, neither did I receive any email confirmation regarding this refund from razorpay.br...

College payment

I am an account holder of SBI gopiganj.
On date 29th January 2022, I tried to make a transaction of ₹ 15008.86 for college fees with google pay app on a merchant account Razorpay. The transaction was successful from my bank account and the amount was debited from my account but this was not credited to merchant's account. So I had to make another transaction for the same by my debit card. UPI transaction ID for first payment is[protected]....

Fraud Transaction

The customer has placed order on our E-Store and made payment via Razorpay payment gateway, Once we received the payment confirmation we have delivered the product to the customer and after 3 months the Razorpay has deducted the amount stating the customer has raised a dispute as Fraud-Card-Absent Environment and are now saying that in such cases the bank always sides by the customer and the amount is will not be refunded to the merchant....

My A/c was rejected by Razorpay on 30 Nov 2021 and they told me that settlement will come in 120 days.

AFter 120 days when I started following up, they keep sending me automated emails saying the same thing they told me on Nov 30 that my A/c is rejected and that my money will be settled in 120 days.

Despite follow ups since March, all I hear from them is automated emails and my money is still blocked....
