RedbusTicket no: TH4Z63845955The seat was not at all good, I was not able to keep the seat in vertical position as it going back automatically when I lean on the seat. More over I have booked a window seat (seat no:21) and when I entered the bus seat 21 was not a window seat. Really a bad experience in travelling in that bus. I have the screen shot for the same seat showing window seat while booking.

    I booked a ticket from Shirdi to Pune for 3rd May 2015, Sunday. TIN : TH5Y36332738 PNR : GYNSMJN Travels: Tirupati(Jagdamba) travels, Shirdi. My bus was scheduled at 10:30am. I reached my spot at 10:00 am and was there till 11:30am. No bus arrived. I tried contacting travels number provided by red bus ie [protected], which was switched off. Red bus customer care were not responding despite calling multiple times. I even tried to search out for an alternate number of Tirupati Travel via JustDail, But there was no such travel listed in Shirdi. Dear Concerned, Kindly get into this as soon as possible and try to help me out with this. My hard earned money has gone waste by such negligence. Waiting for a favourable reply. Thanking You.

      Had booked a bus to Vadodara on 17th April (TH5G[protected] and 5 hrs before journey I received a call from them stating that the bus is cancelled and I need to call back and book alternate bus or cancel the ticket. Called more than 30 times on customer care number but no one could be contacted. I tried on all numbers on my ticket too couple of times but all numbers were un-available. Wrote an email to customer care before departure time to imitate the same. Noone replied for days after that. I am following up for refund post that but they are not giving me the same saying that I did not reach on time and bus was not cancelled whereas I have an email sent to them b4 departure to prove that I had received an intimation from them about cancellation. All thanks to this irresponsible service... I missed my journey. This is my second such bad experience with Red Bus.

        Hi, I booked a hyderabad-hyderabad-guntur ticket for 17th april. Ticket Details: TRAVEL Service- greenlinesgreen lines travels TIN - THTH5F64335777 PNR -3HM3C8 Without any notice, i received a sms on 17th April, stating my ticket is cancelled. And only 74rs. will be refunded. First of all i didn't cancel my ticket at all. When i called Red Bus customer care, they told that they can't do nothing as it's a online cancellation. I asked for the IP address from where the ticket was cancelled. But they were not aware of that. You. RED BUS IS THE WRIST SREVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE

Bringing notice to pathetic service for cancellation. please remove the line "easy cancellation or refund" as it is totally baseless.             Hi, I booked a bangalore-mumbai ticket for 30th april(Boarding Time- 5.15 pm, Marathalli). Ticket Details: TRAVEL Service- SEABIRD Tourist TIN - TH4U96253856 PNR - TS-RB13863976XQF/2424866 SEAT - 4L FARE - 1574 Without any notice, i received a sms on 29th April, stating my ticket is cancelled. And only 74rs. will be refunded. First of all i didn't cancel my ticket at all. When i called Red Bus customer care, they told that they can't do nothing as it's a online cancellation. I asked for the IP address from where the ticket was cancelled. But they were not aware of that. You fraud peopel. From now onwards i will never book any ticket from your site. Because of your cheating procedure, i had a loss of Rs. 1500. Now i booked the same seat of the same bus from another ticketing agent company. Give me the total root cause analysis of this ticket cancellation as i didn't cancel it. At the same time, refund total ticket price. Otherwise i will to contact to consumer court for same. I will advice all my freind never trust this fraud Red bus in future.

                Hi, I booked the ticked online through redbus for new raja travels and they mentioned the departure time at 6:30pm on 27th april and the arrival time to 5:30am on 28th April 2015 as my office was scheduled at 6:00am I preferred to book that ticket confirming two times with redbus customer care thta the bus may not delayed. when I reached to the power house which is the point for new raja travels which didnt came but they asked me to sit in rajlaxmi travels stating the company is same. The bus was not in good condition at all. and took 15 hours to reach pune. The behaviour was not good. It was very disappointing and pathetic journey wherein i missed my meeting, my office and unnecessary i had to be on unplanned holiday. It was pathetic experience i had to face because fo redbus fase information and the pathetic traveller rajlaxmi which was fraud it should be new raja travels.Please refund my money as this was the worst experience I had faced with redbus and travels.                   Respected Sir/Mem, I have tried book ticket from Inodre to Bhopal by redbus but transaction get falure, I have booked my tickets four times from Indore to Bhopal on [protected] and journey date is[protected] passenger reference Megha Trip Id : 47540417, 47561326, 47553882, 39378162. but due to your server internal issue my ticket not booked for but 260 Rs., 360 Rs., 360 Rs., 360 Rs. deducted from my account, I have got mail when my transaction get failure you will received your amount till[protected] but, I Have receive my only one transaction amount it means I have received 360 Rs. Other three transaction amount today[protected] I did not received. I am calling again and again redbus support team on[protected] this no, but no one is picking my phone and my mobile balance is deduct, Please refund remaining amount as soon as possible. my Email-Id is rajneesh.[protected]@gmail.com mobile no-[protected]

                    I booked a round trip on 17th April from hyd to blore and blore to hyd. Hyd to blore was successful but blore to hyd was failed and debited an amount of 2100 rs. I got a message form redbus saying that the amount will be credited within 7 days but it hasn't. Also dropped couple of emails to redbus at [protected]@redbus.in but nobody seems to reply back on that. This is abo[censored]ely ridiculous.I really dont know how do they provide customer service. Called on toll free number which doesnt work. Also called up customer helpline number for 2 days which is always in wait mode. Atleast they should be responsive and reply back. Nobody from redbus ever got back to me, its me who has to call 1000 times. Very very disappointing service.

                      I have tired to book a bus ticket on 17.04.2015. While making the payment (PayUmoney) the amount was debited in my a/c but the ticket was not booked. I hereby attached the error message shown in your site. Also i got a same message in my mail id &amp; mobile. The payment details are shown below for your reference.Merchant Order ID : 39360066Payment Id : 33788286Amount : Rs.750/- Date: 17/04/2015 5.21 PM Please arrange to refund the amount to my account at the earliest.

                        I booked two tickets through REDBUS.IN namely Belgaum to Shirdi dated 24.04.2015, ticket recieved &amp; Shirdi To Ahmedabad, ticket not recieved but the transaction was over from my ICICI Credit Card with transaction authorization ID 694799(provided by ICICI) but the redbus people on contacting on there no[protected] are saying that the transaction is failed the amount will be deposited to your card account . Morever no one is responding on the phone I called many times later . It has been very painful the ICICI is saying The Transaction is complete while RED BUS is not Responding Please Help Me.                           I have booked an tickets on 23.04.2015 morning in between the 10:30 am -----11:00am boding point : kaliyakkavilai and end point : chennai the traveling date :03.05.2015 it was my mistake that i have given my email id as wrong but i have given my phone number correct but i did get any message in my phone number and i have wasted my 1 hour of my valuable time by contact red bus customer care center i did get any response from them.                             Hello Team, I tried making a tranx. on 19th of April when I was travelling to Bangalore from Shirdi. I had to book my tickets from Pune to Bangalore 11.30 PM Sharma travels as I was to reach Pune from Shirdi around 10.30 PM. Unfortunately due to some tech issues from your end when I tried making payment for 2 tickets the amount was debited but no ticket was booked, i tried yet again and to my dismay amount was debited again and no ticket was confirmed. With Little hard cash in hand I reached the travel agent directly to book the same seats U23 and U24 in Sharma Sleeper 11.30 Pm dept. unfortunately all the tickets were booked for the same and the buses leaving after that. The really inconvenience was I was with my wife and with no money in card unable to book online because of you guys and with no buses either I waited on the highway of Pune Bangalore until 02.30 AM of Sunday to get a bus to Hubli and reached Bangalore on Sunday 08.00 PM. There is alot of inconvenience I had to go through with my wife because of you guys failure and inefficiency to confirm my tickets even after debiting Rs.5000/-. I would liked to be compensated for the same as now the bank is also charging Interest on the amount debited and I demand Rs.2000/- to be given to me to book tickets for my further trips or 4 tickets for any location that i would require(Please be informed I am not demanding hard cash and demanding compensation for interest charged by credit card on amount debited by you guys and for the inconvenience caused.) I know the amount has been reversed but no reason you guys said it will take 7 days. Any negative response I will forced to put this same message on Social media and forward the same to consumer forum. Probably then you guys might have to shell out more than what I requested and then it would be definately hard cash and free tickets.

                                While trying to book for a bus ticket through redbus.com for a journey from Cochin to Chennai, I had to loose Rs.2650/- in two instances of booking. And the customer care number in also non responsive after repeated calls to the provided number [protected]. Case 1. Booking in Sona Travels on 18/04/2015 at around 1 PM using redbus.com app and the sum of Rs.1250/- was deduted with a message showing "due to technical reasons money has been deducted but ticket could not be booked". Case 2. After getting a confirmed ticket for booking in AVS travels for the booking done on 19/04/2015 at around 10 AM, I was informed with a message that the ticket is cancelled for unavoidable reasons.In this instance Rs.1400/- was deducted. For Case 1 only money transfer details are available. For Case 2 both image of ticket and money transfer details are uploaded here with the complaint

                                People it is a good news that I sent the problem in details to [email protected] and they attended the problem and received the refund on 4th day itself. I may be lucky or the I thank redbus for atleast good at resolving the issue.

                                  Dear sir i have booked a ticket from Anantapur by pass to Thrissur on 19.04.2015 at 7:53:32 pm in RED BUS through SBI online NET BANKING, The ticket price Rs 2200/- has deducted from my saving bank account ( a/c no:[protected] from Tadipatri branch) bearing transaction ref no:IGOOXAPV1 AND TRANSFER TO [protected].                                   I was also cheat the same way and I feel this site is also FAKE as plenty o[censored]sers of same complaints and no reply from anybody.
                                  We all should take a collective effort and then only this will be resolved. Shouting in this website is of no use.

                                    I opted for a AC bus for travel from Ernakulam to chennai and paid an amount of 1650. But due to technical failure the AC in bus was faulty and not working. I request for refund of AC charges levied on my ticket fare. The complaint is behalf of all pasengers on board the same bus on 19th April 2015 .                                       Sir, As i have online booked my bus ticket (Shama Sardar Travels) through redbus from Bangalore to Hyderbad on dated 19-Apr-2015. Seat#21, Departure 10:30 PM From Hebbal (Land Mark Opposite Police Station). My ticket number is TH5F34696572, PNR-83ZYTMG. I was standing at boarding point from 8:30 PM till night 12:30 AM in between i have called more than 100 times to the Shama Sharda Travels in the number (+91-[protected]/[protected] ) but after invariably calling from my side they didn't responded my call and finally at 11:30 PM they are informing that our Bus is Cancelled. So you will get refund your money back and try arrange your self to go to Hyderbad. What is this? It was very urgent as my uncle is in hospital. So i spent night up and down charges around Rs1000.00 reserved auto service and my ticket cost is Rs999.00. This is very worst service from SHAMA SARDAR TRAVELS Through RED BUS SERVICE. Kindly refund my money back as soon as possible. I'm going to consumer court for the bad behaviuor of the SHAMA SARDAR TRAVELS agent of RED BUS SERVICE.

Without knowing me how can u people change the time. i cancelled ticket and i need full amount on which i booked ticket. I really so much struggled when i booked other then VRL and SRS.last time when i booked ticket National Travels from Bangalore to Hubli, when step in the bus they didn't allow to given my seat number, i booked front they given last lext seat, when i raised the query they telling i[censored] want u sit otherwise get down here. suddenly i called red bus they not pick the call, today also i called several time from 2 pm to till now i tried around 40times still they not pick the call.what is use for customer care. not only today i tried so many times.
