Today(06.01.2023 11Pm) I have a travel with Coimbatore to banglore so I booked the bus ticket via red bus. Bus name SRS Travels and bus number KA51AB0451. I am approaching the bus driver for the boarding point and luggage details.
He was very rude to answer and did physical man handling also.
I am making the complaint here and need a solid apologies from him.
Or I can raise a police complaint against red bus and SRS travels.

    Really a bad & worst experience from this Bus Service Staff for Ticket that booked thru Red-Bus with Kalimakal Travels to Chennai from Bangalore for January 2, 2023 – Bus Registration Number : KA-51-AE-6728.

    I'm Satya Ravi from Hyderabad.
    On night of 30th dec 2022, I have booked tickets from Tiruvannamalai to Hyderabad on redbus platform.
    Due to engine failure, bus was stop at the middle of night around 2.00am. Bus driver told that - from there we need to catch another bus by our own & 100% amount will be refunded with in 2-3 days.

    Now that consultant contact persons of om sri tours and travels are not responding to calls & messages.

    Redbus team was saying that they have arranged 15% refund only. We can't provide more than that.

    As redbus is a trusted platform, we have booked tickets. Now redbus team also not agreeing with the 100%refund.

    Consider this issue as serious one & do needful

      Dropping point not correct as included in booking

      I was booked ticket to Salem attur . But they get me to the thiruchendoor. No proper explanation. How to I get to Salem now...

        I continue called this number but I did not receive any respond no person call attend. No any information recieve .My mother and me all night stay in Ratlam for Bus pickup but morning 3:50 am no any bus comming in bording point.I call redbus customer care he call MR travels but no person pick up his call also . Customer care promise for cash refund but I have not received any amount I paid 1260 rupies. I didn't get any proper response till date why?

          I was trying to book a ticket and money got deducted but booking was not processed again i have tried to book the ticket. I got the booking but the amount was deducted twice. Red bus had deducted the amount twice it's already been debited and it is also reflecting in the bank statement.
          So i need the refund now.
          Please do the needful.

                On my trip to Shegaon from Nagpur on 24th Dec 2022 the Gagan travels bus got failed due to leakage of Disel pipe. This issue was sorted on next morning by the mechanic within 30 minutes.
                The failure of bus was happened between Kondhali to Karanja (15km away from Karanja) at 12:00am night. Rectification of 30minutes was possible by sending mechanic from Nagpur in just 2 Hrs maximum but the owner not willing to do the same. and the customers get stuck at one place for more then 12Hrs. on highway where no provision of food and all needful things.
                On enquiring by redbus executive on next day owner said the bus got repair and all passengers is on board. thus Redbus refused my claim to return the money.
                What about customers inconvenience occurred during journey?
                What about our further bookings which get disturbed due to this?
                What about the time we had wasted due to negligence by redbus and by the owner ?
                Redbus should paid me double for the same and get penalized to owner for such act.

                    On the said date we have booked a ticket in your red bus from Hosur to Chennai on 04.12.2022 at 13.00 Hrs with Ticket No TRCH34918771. We were waiting at Hosur boarding point on time at 13.00 Hrs. We we're waiting at the boarding point for 2 and 1/2 Hours ( upto 3.30 PM) and the due to no lack of communication from red bus or the UST travels we were forced to look for alternative arrangements for our Hosur to Chennai Journey. During our wait more than 2.5 Hours no bus turned up and no information was made available by red bus or UST travels.

                    After considerable inconvinience and we managed to reach Chennai only at late midnight. Being senior citizens, we went through torcher because of your unfortunate lack of proper bus service.

                    We request you to refund our ticket amount along with suitable compensation for our discomfort and torture.
                    In case of your failure to do this, we will be constrained to go to consumer forum and media forum redressal

                            This is VENKATA SREENIVASA RAO, we booked ticket on[protected] from Chennai to Hyderabad Ticket no : TRD[protected], due to my personal reasons I cancelled the ticket, today[protected] redbus mentioned in cancellation policies, cancellation refund will credit in 5 to 7 working days, it's been 16 days cancellation refund payment not yet credited even we are not getting customer care team to talk regarding this, in redbus help chat box showing that case details not found

                            Redbus help automatic chat messages is not helpful, we want to talk with redbus team and resolve this issue as soon as possible

                                Hi Team,

                                My name is Venkatesh .I booked a ticket last friday from chennai to hyderabad in sri tulasi travels.
                                I have booked a ticket for 12:00 PM. The Bus start time is at 9:15PM the same day.
                                But the Bus Operator called me and told me I had booked the ticket as a female beside.
                                I told i have booked wrongly to the female seat.But they told they will not allow to travel like that.
                                I have requested to adjust to another seat .He told me to buy a new ticket and travel.

                                Note:Instead of adjusting the ticket he was asking to buy a new ticket .He called multiple times and asked me to buy the ticket and he was very rude while talking.

                                I booked another ticket at night at 11Pm and I reached home the next day at 12 PM.
                                Please find the ticket attached in the email.

                                Please help us to serve better to passengers .This is not correct to deal with people like these

My money got deducted from my account but bus ticket was not confirmed and status showed failure. Redbus not sent me any message regarding refund nor even after complaining redbus authorities they have not yet send any confirmation msg. My UPI transaction number is[protected]copy attaching to this complaint)

                                  Hello sir, My email is [email protected] And Phone number is 7207515439 And Google Chrome I had opened not from redbus app, so they didn't asked me about registered mail and phone number Sir, i already posted my gpay payment confirmation done, in that transaction number is also there. in this why Gmail or phone number required I'm unable to understand. When payment done and no ticket booked means, do refund to that number and how can you resolve the complaint without actually resolving it

                                    I booked family tript (2adults + 2kids) Bengaluru to Goa ticket for 22-Dec-2022 traveling via redBus (Ticket - TRD[protected] for Nida Tours and Travels.
                                    Service provider Nida Tours and Travels had canceled the ticket on late night 19-Dec-2022 without providing any justification and without any alternate solution by rude agent with contact number [protected]. The agent says, he has right canceled the trip as per his wish. He had used abuse words with lady customer.
                                    The amount refunded is also not 100%, as ticker booking charges are not refunded
                                    Now the family leisure trip has become panic trip and possible loss of hotel booking Rs17000 + return ticket Rs 12000
                                    Red Bus customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
