Hi my dth setup box was not working from past 10 days and I complained about this to customer care and they have deducted Rs. 225 from my account towards technician charges and they assured me to send the technician with in 48 hours and they never bothered to send the technician...and i followed up the matter every day with the customer care and the answer from them is will send the technician as soon as possible and we don't have the stock of the dth setup boxes ... and I am surprised the big tv deleares have enough stock and they have promised me that they will provide the new connection with in 1 hour... I don't understand their game plan and I am totally up set with customer care intellegent behaviour and i am not able watch the tv from past 10 days...

      My name is Nitesh hada and my smart card no. is[protected]. your service is too poor and i am not satisfied with your services because my big tv is not working properly and even every week i face a problem of error 400. i complained many times in your customer care but they did not give any proper response. i am totally unsatisfied with your service and in future i did not suggest any one to buy a reliance digital tv. i paid many times charge of 175 rs for an engineer visit but after two days i have a problem than again your customer care executive says me to pay again 175 rs so it is not possible why i paid for your bad services. I am complaining since last three days but there is no solution till now.

        My Smart Card no is[protected] and for past 4 days I am unable to watch any channel as it shows Signal issue, error 400 I am trying to log a complaint with their so called customer service but unable to do it. Each time i press 1 for Tamil or 3 for English but still line is transferred to Malayalam speaking person and the person taking the call is asking me to speak in Malayalam. I told her I can speak either Tamil or English but she can understand only Malayalam . 3 times i called on Saturday 08 Aug failed all 3 times twice on Sunday and today. all the occassion it is to malayalam girl only. You need to hold the line for 15 minutes but even after that it is frustrating when i need to speak in malayalam. God help me from this Big TV.

          Sir my set top box[protected] is ddead from 28 july 15. I make many calls to customer care, but no action.
          From last week my daughter and son is upset for tv.
          I am in trouble because i have a one year subscription (last 28 june 15 recharged ).If i have one or two month pack, i go with different service provider.

          Reliance is the government service in private sector.

            I have no connection on my reliance dish TV. I registered a complaint with customer care. They give a bad service and finally gave contact no of reliance dish tv office located nearby.
            They also give bad response that they every day says they will send the technician on same days. But they dont send anyone to us. Today when i called, i told that i will file a case in consumer. They replied rudely that to go ahead.
            Consumer court has to take severe action against them for providing such a bad service.

                I have logged a complaint on 1 July 2015. Then my new set top box was in place on around 20 July. And my TV got blank on 24 July. I logged a complaint on 25 July. Late, I log this complaint of my non working of set top box since last 7 days. But all in vain even following with customer care toll free in all these days. It is a harassment for me to log the customer care every day (Ms Lata) due to my open complaint status.                     Smart Card No :[protected] Complaint Date : 20/07/2015 Complaint Number :[protected] I had raised a complaint to reliance big tv that my STB box is not working and there is no video from it on 20/07/2015. They said that we have to replace the STB box it will resolved in 48 hours but after 4 days complaint got closed automatically without resolving the issue.So i contacted the customer care and they said there is no STB in stock and also your card has been suspended due to no balance.So they asked me recharge 200 rupees in order to reopen the ticket again. On 24/07/2015 i have reopened the ticket but still no response from big tv. I have contacted many times but they simply saying we have escalated you will get a call from technical team.But till now no call from anyone.

                            My account number is[protected].Last years(3-Oct-2014) i bought 12 months subscription as mentions over site and after 10 months company disconnected my service. on 19 Jul 2015 i called to customer customer executive to get the reason. Person said that i should call at the recharging time for 12 months subscription. This information was not mention over the company site, I had just checked the amount and paid online for 12 months subscription fee.
                            Even I have mailed the issue to [protected]@reliancedigitaltv.com on 19-Jul-2015 but they did not reply me. After that I have to come to this site to raise the issue.

                              I had made a complaint online regarding "no signal" problem last month. it took almost 2 weeks for the technician to come to fix the issue. earlier few channels were having problem of no signal. however technician visited at our place after 2 weeks. his name was Mr. Raj (mob.-[protected]). he charged me Rs500 to fix the issue. also he assured that there will be no problem in the future regarding this. after 2 days i lost all my channels having no signal problem. from last 2 days i am trying Mr.Raj contact no but it shows switched off every time. at last i tried the MAGICAL toll free no of RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE TOLL FREE NO[protected] which was not connected as usual. after several try for both the nos i am back to online complaint. if this issue is very big for the reliance big tv than they can tell me very frankly to change the service provider. i can manage to do so but dont harash like this. Thank you.

I was very surprised to hear that my complaint was closed on 13-July-2015 as i was not contactable this is very strange to my but inspite of this i once again registered complaint ref.no.[protected] on 13-July-2015 and finally on 18-July -2015 the complaint was attended and issue solved. Now I make a strong protest regarding the number of days lost due to no service availed by my from reliance due to non-attending of my complaint from 20-June till 18-July = 29 days the amount should be credited in my account at your earliest.                                     our ID No:[protected] recharge long term pack Rs. 1971.00 on 16.07.2015.we had discussion with your customer care executive they told us recharge recharges Rs.1971 and after inform us to lock amount other wise amount will be expire only 9 months.customer care executive but we are waiting more than 5minutes they are not lifting our call.

Our ID No:[protected] recharge long term pack Rs. 1971.00 on 16.07.2015 at 19:00 hrs . we had discussion with your customer care executive they told us recharge recharges Rs.1971 and after inform us to lock amount other wise amount will be expire only 9 months. The same issue repeated last two long term pack recharge but it will expire with in 9 months. after we contact with your customer care they told us recharge after inform to us but 3 days we call repeatedly customer care connecting to customer care executive but we are waiting more than 5minutes they are not lifting our call. you purposely neglecting our call because you are cheating to the customers. immediately solve the issue other wise I am going to consumer court.

                                      RESPECTED AUTHORIZED PERSON my reliance tv connection is showing ERROR 200 and i have no clue for the same. actually 1 week ago my reliance set up box encountered a problem so i contacted customer care and got it replaced, also Rs 500 was debited from my account . BUT MY TV connection was not starting so i again registered a complaint against it and got it replaced again, but now again i received a message saying to recharge Rs 500 again which does not have any point as i have paid Rs 500 already PLEASE KINDLY CONSIDER MY REQUEST IN PRIORITY AND TAKE SOME ACTION IMMEDIATELY THANK YOU SO MUCH YOURS SINCERELY DHARMENDER KAUSHIK H.NO-675 SECTOR-7 URBAN EASTATE GURGAON HARYANA 122001

                                        Dear Sir, Madam, I have a connection of reliance BIG TV in the name of soorat singh ( account No.[protected]. It was purchased in Srinagar -Garhwal ( Utrrakhand) in 2009. Now i have shifted to Kumarhatti, Solan ( Himachal) few months back. At that time i was not knowing the change in address issue of your company. I got my BIG TV installed in kumarhatti from a local mechanic/ engineer by giving him money. I enjoyed my BIG TV services since then. But now it is showing signal loss. Today i called your customer care and they told me that i have to pay Rs 350/- as change in address/ relocation charges. I asked- WHY ? they were unable to justify it and keep telling me that it is their policy...Now my complaint is- 1. When i have already installed BIG TV at my new place without the help of BIG TV people then how come reliance can charge me Rs 350/- and FOR WHAT ? have they sent anybody to reinstall it- BIG NO !!! I[censored] need to update my address- jut update it by asking me- why charging to just update the address ?? 2.Now i am simply asking for the re alignment of my BIG TV and charges for that are Rs 175 /- only then why should i pay Rs 350/- ?? What reliance has to do with my address...?? its my choice to take BIG TV anywhere in the country and use it by installing at my own level ..Now as my signals are not coming, just send the engineer and take Rs 175/- from me- as simple as that !! and by the way i was not expecting this kind of low level business gimmicks by a company like RELIANCE !! It is not upto their reputation. Regards, Rajesh.

                                        Dear Customer,

                                        We regret for the inconvenience caused to you.

                                        We request you to refer the following details of relocation procedure.

                                        1. You need to write to us and create a un-installation case with us.
                                        2. Our technician will visit at your current address and uninstall all Digital TV equipments.
                                        3. While you are shifting to the new location you will need to carry all Digital TV equipments (STB, SCN, Remote, Cables and Dish).
                                        4. Once you have shifted to the new address, please write to us to register for address change and re-installation.
                                        5. Technician from your new location will visit and install the equipments.
                                        6. You will be charged Rs.525/- (Rs.175/- for un-installation and another Rs.350/- for installation).
                                        7. If the un-installation is already done then you will be charged Rs.350/- for re-installation only.

                                        Please note- You need to maintain sufficient balance in your account falling which the services will get affected.
                                        In case you don’t carry all the equipments to the new location you need to pay the applicable
