Reliance BigTV Customer Care's response Dear Customer,
We regret for the inconvenience caused to you.
We request you to refer the following details of relocation procedure.
1. You need to write to us and create a un-installation case with us.
2. Our technician will visit at your current address and uninstall all Digital TV equipments.
3. While you are shifting to the new location you will need to carry all Digital TV equipments (STB, SCN, Remote, Cables and Dish).
4. Once you have shifted to the new address, please write to us to register for address change and re-installation.
5. Technician from your new location will visit and install the equipments.
6. You will be charged Rs.525/- (Rs.175/- for un-installation and another Rs.350/- for installation).
7. If the un-installation is already done then you will be charged Rs.350/- for re-installation only.
Please note- You need to maintain sufficient balance in your account falling which the services will get affected.
In case you don’t carry all the equipments to the new location you need to pay the applicable
