Forced to migrate from NC+ Rs.999+Taxes truly unlimited pack to 3GB FUP @ Rs.700+Taxes.

Was promised to be migrated to 25GB FUP but was duped into 3GB FUP on 4G without and proper communication.

FUP did not work and I was charged Rs 3955 and services barred. Forced to pay Rs. 3955 to earn that bills were inflated since the FUP did not work.

I'm using reliance number [protected] on my infocus smartphone. Since yesterday, I'm unable to make outgoing calls and getting answer " voice mail box does not exist for this number." My alternative...

We have two dongles of reliance communication cdma service.
The company has stopped cdma services. And still sending us the bill.
When we enquired to their call centre they told us that they are giving us the bill for 4g. However we never have applied for 4g services.
We have never given any permission written or verbal which may imply that we want to use their 4g services....

I closed my reliance datacard account([protected]) on August 18 2016 from Reliance Store Adyar, Chennai. I have an bill for that.
But they closed my account after 1 month from the submitted date and asking Rs 1445 /- to pay now.. They are generating some demand notice and sending . Is this their collection department tactics ? I am customer of reliance communications. My user id is[protected]. My connection is not working from 15 th july y. I have complain many times. Without solving my complain they close my complain... The company position is so poor that it is not able to provide device to the customer and when my complain will solve. We don't know. I have call many times toll free number but i do not get answer. I have received this email for a connection I had closed in 2013. I do not see the point of getting this now and would request Reliance authorities to refrain from stating blatant lies i.e. "informed time and again" and "duly received by you".

I was using the Wi fi connection fine with CDMA. My data usage is low and i never faced any issues with over usage of data.

Since about a month Reliance forcefully upgraded the dongle to 4G
Since then i am facing severe issues with data limit. 3 GB of data gets expired almost in 5 days. I cannot understand when the same plan used to last entire month earlier how come the data...
