I bought samsung smart tv from reliance digital stores in vizag 2 weeks back, the mechanic fixed it to wall, but the tv was not fixed properly, its getting tilted very easily.
I could see back side of tv its not been fixed properly.
I contacted the mechanic immediately but he didnt turn up.
Tried calling call centet but thr number isnt working.
Please help me to resolve this problem as early as possible....

I have taken voltas ac with safetab stablizer but from the date of installation the stablizer is not working. Despite repeated telephonic complain, the authority of reliance digital is not taking action. Besides, the installation mechanic also charged rs. 400 for installation which is absolutely free. All disputes have already been shared with reliance but they are taking action at all.

Each time when i contact to them with in 48 hours it attended by our service person like they are informing but several 48 hours completed but still my problem was not solved.
