Jio - No Refund as promised

Eam,

I have raised a cancellation of Jio Fiber plus Set Top Box Connection on May 27, on 27th day of taking the connection, due to poor connection quality. I was promised that I will get full refund if I cancel within 30 days. I cancelled on 27th day.

The cancellation request reference number given to me was: SR00001B7KK8. I was closed on June 1 without my permission. I was told that device will be collected...

Irresponsible arrogant employee

I had taken up new JIO FIBERNET connection in Hastinapuram, L B nagar, Hyderabad . Here the Technician are so arrogant and temper full ..!! Moreover they don’t respond properly.. they partially done the work and left no further communication from them.There is no supervisory over the work....

No recharge confirmation message after amount debited from account

I had recharged for a plan of Rs.533 on 4th june via amazon pay app, my account has been deen debited but plan is not yet activated nor any message form jio regarding recharge is successful, for refrence I've attached transaction receipt image...

Refund not processed yet

Connection Name: Aditi Deepak Thakkar Connection ID: [protected]

Connection was closed, devices were handed over and bank account details were shared to Jio representative who came to collect it after complaining here for 3 times. They never shared an OTP or confirmation of device return but when I called multiple times to Jio customer care they confirmed that device is reached to them and mentioned that the refund will be processed...

Port out before 90 days

Address:Himalaya Tanishq Raj Nagar Extension

I recently port from VI to Jio. But Jio has more terrible network. Data speed is very slow. When i informed to customer care they don't provide a solution. They just confirmed we are upgrading our network in future. (No one knows when).

So i want to port out from jio before 90 days.

CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE IS WORST. I have coupons in jio engage but when consulted multiple times on 198. they are saying you will not get any coupon without giving any propper reason.

Today i have called again for my coupon clain issue. An advisor whoose name is BITTU SA is saying directly I will speak always in this type of rude behaviour, do what you can do🤬

I AM GOING TO PORT MY BOTH JIO SIM CARD INTO AIRTEL....

Jio fiber cancellation Refund Issues

After calling Jio for cancellation for Broadband and Set top box, I was given this cancellation request: SR00001ATT9B. But am unable to track this request anywhere or any details on their devices to be picked up. Tried calling their customer support, but no luck. Very inexperienced call center techs. Refund not received on jio fiber disconnection

Have disconnected my jiofibre connection on 26 Feb and as per policy refund of 2500 was to be credited in my account within 14 days it's 3 months now but I have not received refund..every time the customer care says refund deposit has failed...how is that possible when I have submitted cancelled cheque.
New service id (SR00001AVS0L)...

Didn't get Jio fiber refund

I Cancelled my connection on 25th April 2022, my device picked up on 2nd May 2022. When the technician was picking up my device, There was no option to enter bank account in his phone. Technician didn’t ask me about my bank account.
My bank account was not taken from me during that time . He just took the OTP from me and left without asking me my bank account number .

And I haven’t got the refund yet in my Original...

Not able to make a calls

I had recharged my moms jio number [[protected]] for the 239 rs plan
on 20th of may 2022. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge but the myjio app showed that the recharge was successful. I am unable to make any outgoing calls. Please resolve immediately.

Deactivation of the SIM card no 8072775772

Dear Sir/Madam,

My Jio number is [protected] and its last active date was 11th Feb 2022 and I didn’t recharge due to some emergency situation.

When I tried to recharge on 8th May (Where 90 days are not complete from the last active date) no was made inactive (on 15th April) without any notification or intimation.

When contacted Jio support they were not supported in answering about the grace...
