My grandparents are experiencing serious health issues due to high vibrations and sound emitted by the tower which has been installed just besides our house and everyday new officials visit the tower and add new equipments to it which is worsening the situation. I request you to please take necessary actions.

    It has been more than four months since I terminated my Jio postpaid account and switched to the prepaid one, their offline store executives have clearly refused to provide any type of assistance regarding the same and despite several attempts to reach out to their executives on-call or mail for support they reply with some rubbish reasons like their postpaid team is unavailable or they redirect to a website which is not working. It is unacceptable that my security money (Rs500) has not been refunded, and I am beyond frustrated with this situation. I have visited their store many times, and written tons of emails and calls, but still, after four months no action has been taken. This company's lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable, and I will not hesitate to file a formal complaint against them. I am appalled by their lack of professionalism and responsibility. I demand that they immediately refund my security deposit, and I expect to receive an apology for the inconvenience and frustration that they have caused me.

      I am rajeev kumar complaining on behalf of three foreigners.
      Here is my issue

      1. Refer to jio sim card order id no0000tatyg3, no0000taxihi and no0000taysgk dated 15 oct 23.

      2. I am writing here on behalf of foreigners whose details are appended below:-

      (a) zin yu naing

      (b) kyaw htet aung

      (c) aung paing oo

      3. The above mentioned people are here on study purpose. On 14 oct 23 these three people along with one other friend paing thu had visited jio head office at gajuwaka, visakhapatnam, andhra pradesh for buying of sim cards. At head office they met mr. Raghu (mob:-[protected]) who issued only one sim card to paing thu and said other guys sim card will be provided at there residential address. On 15 oct 23. A jio employee named mr. Srikant (mob:-[protected]) from same jio head office visited to resedential address and issued three sim cards to above people and taken rs. 720 (rs. 240 for each). The sim cards issued by him are not working from 15 oct 23 to till date. I asked him to resolve the issue but he said his work is to issue sim cards only if your sim card is not working then contact jio head office mr.Srinivas, manager (mob:-[protected]). I am in contact with jio head office, mr. Srikant and mr. Raghu but none of them has provided any resolution or processed my refund. They are saying there is issue in local address proof. It is pertinent to mention that same documents and local address proof were provided to mr. Raghu for issuing sim to paing thu. The sim provided to paing thu is working since issue. So, it is not understood how there is an issue for other three when same documents were provided ?

      4. In view of the above, it is requested that sim cards issue to above foreign nationals may be taken back as they are not of any use and refund may be issued at the earliest.

        I had recharged my jio number [[protected]] for the 222 and 100 rs plan
        on 2nd of Nov 2023. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge but the myjio app showed that the recharge was successful. The net banking transaction id for the payment i showing successful. I am unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging it well in advance. Please resolve immediately.

          Dear Sir,
          I am customer of jio, using jio mobile sim card since many years.
          Jio offered me best internet speed and best network when they launched their jio telecome products.

          But since 4-5 month company charged same amount of recharges from customers but services not provided properly.
          Network quality become worst, call drop frequency very very high, also i am not able to do use my internet also.

          Due to company want to promote 5G technology they are intentionally providing bad services to 4G customer.

          Please consider my this complaint and help us to save our consumer right to get best services which we have paid for.

I am saying last 4 yers .but never problem solve.always customer care representative said please wait few days or few months.but never solve that problem. Where can I complain now ?? Here who will connect with me ?? Same person who is on cc calling ?? Problem can solve ? Or only jio cheat to customer ??

                      It is to inform you that, I Pankaj Khadka inhabitant of Village Toripam, P.O Bhangamandir 784112 Sonitpur Assam wants to draw your kind attention to my area to solve the network issue of very poor and slow connectivity of jio since the beginning. Here is a dense numbers o[censored]sers of jio. So many complaints were registered by the users but couldn't find any solution from the related service provider. Here Airtel has built a new tower to nearby village and so many users are intending to port to Airtel what is not a beneficial and good sign for reliance jio. I would like to humbly request you to please do a physical field visit to verify this issue and make a solution over this matter. Being honest otherwise I including other hundreds of jio users have to port to Airtel what is our compulsion and obligation. Hope to see changes shortly.

                        Jio sim was deactivated after 3 years o[censored]sage suddenly without any prior notice.

                        There is no proper reason provided for same:

                        Sometime tells you didn't recharge for long time, that never have been case in last 3 years as I am constantly using.

                        Another time tells insufficient information was there then how it worked for 3 years ? And why suddenly insufficient information?

                        On August 20 got notification to reverify via myJio and that's was successful too.

                        My office work and all financial transactions are on hold now.

                        I am using sim from last 3 yrs and no issue till now

                        Now JioCare support telling me to visit Rajasthan fron pune to Rajasthan to activate sim

                        Why should I suffer due to mistakes of telecom?

                        My work is hampered due to mistake of telecom

                        Who will pay me for vacations and fare if I go get new sim?

                          My jio fibre router and charger been collected on 2/9 as part of cancellation request yet no refund is issued it's delayed. Kindly take stringent action against jio fibre. JioFiber, as it gives you high-speed internet up to 1 Gbps with access to JioTV+ and other premium OTT apps. Apart from this, a JioFiber user gets access to Free HD landline calling, TV-to-TV video calling, Immersive gaming experience, JioSecurity, Home Networking, and many more features.

                            Pole is fitted in wrong place

                            A pole has been erected by reliance jio fiber in front of my plot, the pole is touching with my house wall and wires is entering in my house roof now. This was constructed without any permissions, i request you to relocate this pole as it hinders my construction plans by blocking the path for trucks and boring machines to go inside.                             We bought jio fiber connection, which we have been informed that the plan is unlimited. We paid for 3 months plan which mentions in the jio fiber application that it is unlimited every where it is said that it is unlimited. Now that the service is disconnected and when called the customer care they say our plan has 3300 data limit. It feels like cheated. Scammed their customers with the fake plan.                               I want my family to port out from jio, when I sent message from every number of my family which was connected with me as I had taken family plan in JIO postpaid. For port out to 1900, 1901 sent me a message, i.e., UPC cant generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance. When I call to jio regarding this they disconnect the call or hold me or play with me like
                              "I am transferring your call, then another person connect with and then he asked me the query and then he said the same, and continue like that, then disconnect my call.

                              TELL ME WHAT SHOULD I DO FOR UPC CODE. HOPE FOR QUICK RESOLUTION AS SOME EMERGENCY.

                                  I have been using jio fiber from 2019 but recently from past several month i have been facing no internet issue. Each time i complained about it the company's engineer come and repair it but the problem once again arises after 20-25 days.
