There is no network or signal in our village. We do have approximately 250 to 300 connections but still we don't get to use JIO network. We also have people working from home but due to network issues people have to migrate to near by locations to work. It would be great if this issue is fixed as it helps hundreds of people to use the services and especially IT people working from home.

    Hi I have not received my salary for the month of February and March-2023. As per my H.R information there is problem with my bank IFSC and they have asked to change other bank, as per their instructions I have changed my bank account which my salary will be credited in the month of march. From march onwards I am getting reply from H.R team like will be credited or we will check but till now there is no response and I have raised many mails to my manager, H.R team, Still it is of no use. Finally I am reaching you at least you can help in this. Please Please help me out I have made Debts in the month of march and February to pay my bills and EMI's. It's almost 4months now not received my salary people from whom I took for interest they are coming to my house and harassing me to pay which I took. Please help me. I have attached mail snaps for your reference, still there are many mails to share but due to some issues not sharing.

      My jio number is [protected].
      I did recharge for the above jio number on 29/6/2023 for Rs.181/- which is a data pack.It showed that recharge was not successful and that any amount debited will be credited in account in 5-6 days. Hence, after some time since it was urgent I again did recharge on the same day for Rs.181/-.This time it came as recharge successful but the pack data of 30GB was rot reflected fi0 my number.Internet is not working for that number even after recharge. Please either make the pack active or refund my amount.Also, my amount for the first recharge is yet to be credited back to me.Thier customer care is computer automated and is not helping me with this issue.

        I have Jio-Fiber connection in my home few months ago, after that I am request to disconnected my fiber connection in customer care ant they disconnected my fiber connection and return back to there devices but cabile conection which is laying from ther joint box to my house which is intack. . Now I require a jiofiber conection farther i requested jio they told me that they i must pay for instalation charges again, though the cabile is not change the connect old cabile, they not provided any new devices but they charges farther installation charges. It is big fraud.

          I have been facing this issue for last two years. If there is a power cut in my area, jionet stops working as well as i am not able to browse a website or something.

            The condition of one Pole Carrying Jio fiber cable to the JIO Tower is very precarious. It is at Maa Sarada Lane in Mission Para, Digboi, Assam, PIN-786171. The broken POLE is leaning toward a boundary wall which may fall at the minimum amount of wind in this monsoon session, with damage to the adjacent property or living being. Immediate replacement is required. This is also observed by the visiting State Electricity Dept Team yesterday.

              I have paid a sum of 2879 for recharging [protected] 0n 4/3/2022 but not relfecting and mobile is not recharged till today 22/06/23 .I paid the sum of rs 2879 from [protected] sbi adb branch palakkad to reliance jio account ref No.IGANCWCZZ8 . I have made several complaints to [protected]@ jio.com and getting machine based reply.
              Their customer care is completely machine based and useless and there is no customer care officer to answer our queries
              Reply recieved from Jio mobile is this
              ' We have investigated your request for recharge refund and see that the transaction done on[protected] for Rs. 2879 with transaction reference number WSBI[protected] IGANCWCZZ8 is successful on a different Jio number ending with xxxxx71915.
              It would have been our pleasure to help you with refund. However, we see there has been usage on the Jio number ending with xxxxx71915.
              Hence, we are unable to accommodate your request for refund.'

              Money Recieved by jio mobile and I didnt get service.

                I am writing to file a formal complaint against Jio Fiber, a subsidiary of Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited, regarding their misleading advertising and the imposition of a limited data plan without proper disclosure.                 Unauthorized wire infrastructure setup on building wall which is not strong enough.
                heavy long wires are screwed on wall which is not properly built (plaster not done).
                Tree branches also keep falling on wire.
                The wall will break down as there are few cracks already.
                Request you to redirect the wires from somewhere else

                  Jio Pole removal request

                  Address: Karmanghat durga nagar colony. Road number 13 plot number 91

                  This is to bring to your notice that without any information/consent a Jio Fiber pole is erected near my house. There is a pole already at the opposite lane a transformer that eats up all the parking space and now the pole near entrance causes lot of disturbance. I personally visited Jio Center and asked them to remove the pole. There was no action taken till now. Hence I am raising a complaint in this forum to remove the pole if it didn’t...

                  On 08Jun2023, I used "jio.com" to select choice number for new SIM. Once I selected the phone number and made the payment via netbanking (ICICI), the screen neither showed me "Payment Successful" message nor displayed the New Number purchase details, rather showed the message that it encountered some problem. I went to My Orders and also Notifications to look for details, I could not find any details there. So I tried the same steps once again. Even the 2nd time I got the same message that it encountered some problem. Still I couldn't find details on the New Number being booked. I thought of contacting Reliance Digital shop to do this process and didn't try again.

                  After a few minutes, I got SMS messages from JIO one by one that both the New Numbers were booked. The amount Rs.499 has also been debited from my bank account both the times.

                  I thought I could get this sorted in Reliance Digital store while getting a new SIM card and activating the 1st choice number I chose.

                  After going to the shop, the shop personnel told that this issue can't be addressed by him. He helped me to call and talk to the JIO customer care executive. He denied registering complaint for my issue and asked to register this complaint online or mail [protected]@jio.com and disconnected the call stating that my voice is not clear. I then mailed the issue to [protected]@jio.com with the screen shot of notifications and orders list from my account. Haven't heard from them, yet. Not sure if I'll get a response from there.

                  I request you to please cancel the 2nd booked choice number with the Transaction ID : CN000000N9ED, at the earliest and refund my money back.

                      I was using JIO sim for internet purpose in JIOFI portable device. Recharged with data plan week ago (23/05/2023) also, but past few days it was not connecting, I was assuming signal issue. When I called customer care today, they mentioned that SIM is deactivated due to invalid proof document. I am using this number for past few years, and suddenly it got deactivated without inform/asking any information. I was spending so much to identify this issue and now they are asking minimum 48 hours to get update on this issue, pathetic service.

                        Payment done but recharge not done.

                        I had recharge my jio sim by using site jio.com.
                        In Jio.com after visit on site login require.
                        I have login by my jio number [protected] and OTP.
                        My existing plan was expired so i chosen 1 year plan having amount 2999/-.
                        After selection of plan i proceed for payment

                        But when payment done i didn't received any recharge notification.br...

                        I recently purchased a jio fiber account number [protected] and it goes down most often and no proper service from the company and now its down and they have given a slot for resolving the issue to 03 June 2023 that is very long.

                          Despite opting for 699 plan I ha not received Netflix Basic Subscription .
                          I am having Netflix Mobile Subscription presently as per earlier Jio 399 Plan .After Plan Upgradation from 399 to 699 my Netflix Subscription has not been upgraded from Mobile to Basic .Therefore despte having 699 Plan on Jio Number [protected] I am not able to watch Netflix on TV .

                            Despite Opting for Jio Postpaid 699 Plan I am not getting Jio Basic Subscription .I am getting only Netflix Mobile Subscription .

                                My mother had a 2G jio phone which stopped working so we put the SIM in another 4G phone and since my area used to have no jio network, we didn't recharge it. Recently jio's network started in our area so I was planning to recharge my mother's number and convert it from 2G to 4G, but now I see that the number has been given to someone else.

                                  I purchased jio fiber 100mbps plan on 21 april 2023. I want jio fiber prepaid but jio fiber Engineer give force fully jio fiber postpaid .on 22 april. i decided to disconnect of my jio fiber postpaid plan . All the device are taken from my home on 24 april and jio fiber Engineer say your money refund within 14 days .. but still money not refund 25 day has passed ..
