Website: defected phone sold by the samsung

I buy a Samsung Galaxy S23FE and the same day (when i open the sealed newly box open) the battery drain and heating of handset but sales spoc tell the phone would be settled down shortly.

When I was visited to authorized service center, they installed software again the software, but the problem is the same for draining battery, also the service Centre spoc tell that the issue has fixed but still it persists.

    Denial of warranty

    Service request no. [protected]
    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the samsung 55" led tv that i purchased from samsung in january 2023. The tv worked fine initially, but dirty spots started appearing on the edges of the screen in the last three months. I contacted samsung customer service and received a visit and one week later a call from a samsung engineer who claimed that it was just a moire effect and not a defect....

    We have purchased Samsung fridge (Inverter model) in 2019, though Samsung claims 10 year warranty for Compressor, our fridge compressor gone in 2023. We paid Rs 2, 500 to replace compressor in August 2023, new compressor gone again now. When we called Samsun, they say we need to replace compressor again, seriously ?
    3 months warranty for new compressor ?

      Sorry to say thia again but i never ever saw Such an ### system and management I never saw in life where complete management is shameless on CUSTOMER issue.

      Since 90 days i am struggling to get my refund and good will gesture for this ### ### experience with such non sense brand Samsung in market??. Why don't you sack someone from his Job for this no responses???

      Why they should get paid salary????

      It is more than 4 months now.
      I came to know from Youtube that SAMSUNG customer service and response is very poor not only in India but also in USA also. See below youtuber video for your eyewitness-

        I have given my mobile phone to samsung service centre Darjeeling for replacement of mother board for Rs. 7500.00 on 31st October 2023. i have paid Rs. 1000.00 as advance for the mother board. it took 19 days and i had to cancell it due to delay service. I have visited 5 times to collect my mobile phone. But saying tomorrow and tomorrow. When i asked on phone call that i do not need now due to delay service and i need refund of amount after inspection charges. There is no speedy service. They are not refunding my advance money.

          I had purchased refrigerator in june 2021 . Its been 2 years only and it has a cooling problem due to gas leakage as its gas filter pipe us corroded and its not under warrantly. Pathetic samsung refrigerators...

            Display discolor twice a year

            It is very unfortunate that my samaung tv's screen has got color malfunction and display screen is not working. This problem arises second time even after purchasing of tv with in a year....

            M42 motherboard failed after software update

            Motherboard failed after software updates in June 2023. Service center not following SOP and involved in unfair trade practice. From June 2023, mobile is still at service center. They offered paid repair with discount while I am not ready for the same as issues raised due to software issue....

            Received software updates on 30 May 2023 and same was updated. On 3 June 2023, reboot issues was started in mobile. Mobile was not physical nor liquid damaged. Twice time visited service center. They were not following SOP. And involved in unfair trade practise. Till the date mobile is not repaired and they are asking for repair charge and I am not ready to pay for the same as issues raised due to software updates. If it will not repaired till end of this month then I will approach District consumer dispute redressal.

              I am Ashish kumar parida, currently having a handset of samsung galaxy F54 5G.
              Recently someone breached my phone screen lock pin and some how reset that pin and then turn off the remote unlock option and then in find my mobile lock it from the same phone. When I firstly try to unlock with my pin it denied and after certain trials I end up locking the device permanently. In the screen it shows to go for service center but when I arrived they are not even able to reset it.
              Now I got call that that can not be retrieved. It is just 4 month since I brought it.
              After this type of service I loss my faith samsung phones.
              Please take it seriously and resolve my problem.

                Good evening,

                I have a samsung washing machine which was purchased in the name of M.Shanaz, (my sister) in Hyderabad in Jan 2015. It's 7.5kgs digital inveter motor model with ten years warranty for motor. I have raised service request on[protected] technician came on 6th Nov and after checking he informed that I have to replace the motor and wiring kit. Then I requested him to place the order for spares as lost the purchase bill and warranty card of washing machine during shipment from hyderabad to Anantapuramu. The technician after sometime informed that the there were no spares available for this machine in the company itself. I was surprised to hear this becz ur company had given 10 years warranty and now u are denied for spares. Further he advised me to sale just as scrap.
                Next I raised the same question in ur customer care on 6 th 7th and 8 th November to know the truth. Everyday they suggest that samsung company will provide a coupon after inspection by company service personal. Till today no one is visited or call me. Today also I dailedto customer care and get a complaint number ([protected]) but I have no hope.
                In this regard I sincerely request u to not to manufacture the product to which u can't provides spares. My another request is not to fool the customers by giving warranty as a promise to the people who believes ur products blindly

                Finally I hope I will get response from u, if not I feel ur also part and parcel of bluffing customers.

                Same case with me for the Refrigerator. Compressor is under warrant for 10years, now they say Samsung is stopped to manufacture the spare for my fridge model. They are trying to close the case by giving some offline coupon with very low value to purchase again Samsung product.

                  Bought A Samsung 55-Inch TV From Flipkart On 28 Oct 2023(Delivered On 30th Oct). Once The Item Was Delivered, And A Samsung Engineer Came For A Visit, The Display Of The TV Was Found Damaged During Installation. On Reaching Out To Flipkart, They Asked To Reach Out To Samsung. On Reaching Out To Samsung, They Redirected Me Back To Flipkart, And Then Flipkart Mentioned That They Wouldn't Be Able To Proceed Further Until Samsung Provided A Denial Letter From Their End.

                    I have buy 2 years before Samsung M21 from online purchase. So now mobile have sudden death then I checked local shop they said mother board complaint .I put charging cant charge and overheating also its the shame for company Samsung .If you have contact me . My last phone i have used for 8 years with lot of Faith i have got this phone. From Samsung we never expected such Products.Please do needful.

                        His designation is Purchase Manager
                        False Job Commitments: During our initial communication, MR. Ravender Nagar made a series of commitments and assurances regarding the job that later proved to be false.
                        Shockingly, Ravender Nagar went on to solicit a bribe from me in exchange for a favourable interview process...

                          I have been using m31s for 1.5 year recently
                          Its dead and getting turned on i don't know why i visited service center they say that mobile is damaged you have replace it. It cost around 7 k i didn't understand why i have to pay 7k for company's mistake due to software or hardware even brands like oneplus changing their display when they done the mistake i don't understand why samsung didn't respond to this problem for many customers who are using 9600 and 9611 chipsets

                            Samsung not accepting the return of the microwave I bought online from their Samsung store. Their return policy is a joke. Every department is transferring me to each other. No one is wiling to help.

                              I was interested in this LS27CM500 27 Inch Smart monitor.
                              I had a few pre-sales queries which the expert(?) on chat could not answer. They asked me to schedule a demo by Samsung by visiting a particular website.
                              This was a good practice, an online meeting where they give a demo.
                              I scheduled it for 27-Oct 4 PM.
                              I got meeting invite and OTP.
                              I logged in at 4 PM and there was no one. I waited for 5 mins, again logged off and logged in but no one turned up.
                              I waited for another 25 minutes but no one came up to give a demo. No one even called.

                              See the screenshot. It's 4:21 and no one is there in the meeting.
                              It's prudent on my part to refrain from buying Samsung monitors
