I ordered a Kraus white straight fit jeans price Rs.1256/- having order ID[protected] and it was delivered to me on 30th August, 2022 with stains on the front left leg of the jeans. So I initiated a return request and the product was picked on 31st August, 2022 and the Delhivery courier service that it was returned successfully on 5th Sept, 2022 but the status on the website just show that return initiated and even after 10 days m still waiting for the refund. Called customer care so many times and they just reply that the product has reached the warehouse and is due for quality check which will be done within 24-48 hours but after the stipulated time of 10 days I have not get my refund
