In the above mentioned order one women white T-Shirt was ordered, which was received with black spots. As soon as I received, I saw the spots on the T shirt and complained to shoppers stop customercare, I sent the images also. The costomercare initiated the return. The item was picked up on 9th August 2022 but they have not yet credited the money to my account. Now it is more than one month. I have called the customer care more than 10 times, evey ti.me they say within 24 hours it will be resolved but nothing happened. Such companies should not run, rather should be stopped.
