On 15th April 2023, I tried to order a Kameez for INR 2299.00 from Shoppers stop online portal. After making the payment, I noticed that the amount got debited from my bank account immediately (see proof attached) but I did not get an order confirmation. The item remained in my basket.

After several follow ups with Shoppers stop for either refunding the amount back to me or confirming the order, my issue remains unresolved. They have done neither.
I am now fedup and very disappointed with the customer care service of a reputed company like Shoppers stop and hence need your help. Please can you help me get my full refund back from Shoppers stop?
