[Resolved]  Shoppersstop.com — Return request not picked up

I had prchased a T-shirt online and on the same day it was delivered I raised a return request (Jan 12th). But till date no one has come to pickup the product. I raised 4-5 complaints both online and through Contact us number availabe on the website.But they are closing the case as-" return failed " without even calling me once. I raised complaint by emailing - and other than an automated case id getting generated - nothing else has happened.
Order number:[protected]. No courier guy has called me till date.
