I have purchased the Dignity model mattress of Sleepwell on at 37700/- rs from Milan Furniture and Fitting sin HSR, Bangalore

After using the mattress on the 1st day, me & my mother both have got severe back pain, and told it to the shopkeeper from where I had purchased it. He asked me to not call him / visit him as he cant help and didn't give any solution.

I had purchased a sleepwell mattress as per below details in 2013.
Model : Impression,

Size : 70 x 75,
Thickness : 6 inches

Now the mattress got deformed & we are facing difficulty in sleeping on this matteress.

Within two months of purchase, the bed lost its firmness and its sagging on both sides. When I try to complain about it, then there is no one to respond. Pathetic customer care. After several attempts, finally reached customer care and executives from sleepwell also inspected the bed and said it has defects. My sleepwell duetair developed fungus despite sleepwell claiming it to be microbial and anti fungal. The bed was purchased in Salem in March 2016. Please see the attached pictures. I want sleepwell to replace this mattress....

I have purchased mattresses (Feather foam Zesty plus) from one of the store located at Laxmi Nagar, Delhi. I have enquired for 2 pieces of 78*36*6 mattresses over the phone and after that visited the store to book the same.

As committed by the storekeeper same was got delivered to my doorstep on the 3rd day, but the size which I ordered was not delivered instead 78*35*6 is delivered.
