Generation of e receipt of fee paid through SBI collect on 04 January 2017

e-receipt of payment made to NIT Silchar on 05 Jul'16 through SBI collect was generated and I have taken print out on 03Jul'17.

I'm complaining about Cash deposit machine transaction initiated by my staff with SBI Saravana Bhawan Branch

My staff, in chennai tried depositing 21500/- into his family members account in Rajasthan on a June 2/2017. As per records they say that the money was not excess and has been taken back by the staff itself but they do not have evident proof of the same. Beneficiary name for NEFT

ATM Fraud - ATM Machine is too old not able to dispense money outside - Money deducting from account but still remaining in ATM

I have withdrawn 5000 Rs. using CITI Bank Debit Card on 3rd June 2017 but because of ATM Problem I had received only 3000 Rs. and 2000 Rs. didn't come out from that SBI ATM located near SBI Agar Branch(State Bank of India, Nagar Palika Parishad Branch, Municipal Campus, Hospital Road, Agar Malwa, Madhya Pradesh). Account closure chg

When I opened my account back in 2014 bank operations manager took 1000 Rs to open the account, i actually wanted a zero balance account, now when I go to close the account, a different person sits on that chair and says that there is 575 rs for the closure and I still don't get why does a govt bank charges to close the account. Bank manager operations even doesn't know why does bank charges for the account closure. Is this bank a govt bank...

Atm cash withdrawal

I have an account on SBI Tindivanam branch(00929), TAMIL NADU.
When l tried to withdraw cash amount Rs.500 from my account twice in ICICI bank atm, Tindivanam, amount also deducted twice but i didn't received the cash.

Debited Excess Charges

Poor service of the manager

I am having SBI credit card and paying the amount more than min required on monthly basis. Though every month from may it shows some debited amount in card showing as fin charge which is quite irritating. kindly resolve the issue and reverse the debited amount.
