Non availability of ATM card

I opened a savings account with sbi - rajesh pilot chowk, rewari (Haryana) branch on 20/7/2016. The atm card i applied for despatched to my permanent address in kolkata, from where it was returned due to non-availability of anybody to accept it.
I got a sms from sbi main branch on 5.10.2016 that my atm card is about to come at my branch within 7 days. But till now, not me nor my branch got my atm card.
I am seeking your involvement...

Refund issue with sbi card

I placed order on 21st june with industrybuying.com. Somehow i cancelled order same day. And i received cancelled order confirmation mail from with industrybuying.com on 28th june stated that "refund of rs. 4398.0 on your order no:[protected] with industrybuying.com has been processed and will be credited to your account in the next 2- 5 working days." it is almost 9 working days completed and i still not seeing amount in my cc statement....

My refund is not reflecting

I am dinesh ludhani from ajmer i have account in ajmer vaishali branch i filled a fir also on 1st of july i purchased a phone from amazon via my sbi debit card ([protected]) but due to some circumstances i returned the product and amazon processed a refund in my account (Reversed the transaction) on 3rd july, today is 10th july still the amount is not reflecting in my account. Upon asking amazon they provided me authorisation code....

Fraud transaction

I got a phone call from mobile. No.[protected]-[protected]. This people gave me an offer that i will get 6 months free internet if i deposit rs.2100 in their account. The details are as below
. Ritz communication ac. No-[protected] of sbi bank. I deposited the amount but did not get the free internet. Next day l called both the mobile no but no reply. So i think it's afraud transaction. Please help me with this....

New A/c opening

I went for a/c opening at Amer branch at 3 time. all the 3 times they said no form available. After I met to manager they provide me form and say minimum bal. Require 3000 etc. n at the time deposit the form say come after 4 pm. Then I again met to manager they said we require original aadhar card. I show digital aadhar card but they not agree n try to make new new issue. Staff are worst not want to work....

Can't change my registered mobile through sms OTP

Internet and mobile banking

Today Internet banking and mobile banking is suddenly stopped.I needed urgent fund transfer and bill payment. First i tried sbi anywhere and after filling all it got hanged. Then I tried sbi online Internet banking, after filling all got high security password then site goes under maintenance.
I called toll free number for complain but after several minutes waiting the representative dropped the call.

Unwanted account debit every month

Fee excess drs charge

Sbi( Serilingampally branch, Hyderabad) has deducted 118/- from my account on[protected] stating as fee excess drs but my debit card transactions have not exceeded the max limit. Then how come they can deduct amount. Every now and then sbi will deduct money with some or the other reason. The will provide int at lower rate but charge at a hefty rate....

Unrelated phone call

Upgrade ATM card

Loan emi

Hlo sir I have taken personal loan from you branch at jhotwara. In loan documents they have mentioned that loan interest is 12.45%, and my emi was 17, 979 (written proof). They charged first two emi at this rate, but after that they increased emi to 19, 011, I don't know why. Because as per document's interest rate it must be 17, 979, but it's not. They are charging 1100 more than they promised monthly and 60, 000 more after 5 repayment period....
