I shaikh abufaiz a customer of SBI bank branch safed pool usually found the staff with improper subordination and operating with less staff creating inconvenience to customer which makes them stand in a queue for more than 1 hour inspite of complaining to manager of branch no action been taken, this is on frequent basis and no improvement been seen, so i highly request you to look into the matter and get it solved on urgent basis as its creates...

I asked for closure of my tata card from sbi card and paid the full amount. From September I am getting statement again asking to pay an amount. I informed the cuatomer care and they told that if i pay this amount card will be closed. I paid even after paying this month also they send again a statement and asking to pay a similar amount. Cheaters. Never go for SBI card. Planning to file a consumer complaint against them....

In July 2015, I had transferred SB account from Marathahalli Branch at Bangalore to Pavagada branch in Tumkur district, Karnataka. But, my branch name is not updated in internet banking.
