SBI Card recovery agencies have been calling and threatening that they would disrupt my credit score if I do not make the payment. When I request them for a statement they are not even trying to help me. It is unfair to ask a customer to make the payment for something which he never spent. My son Pankaj Kalia has taken Edu.Loan on 02/07/2010 vide a/c no [protected] from SBI, NAKODAR ROAD Branch ( Code No 11967 ). The same account was closed in 2012 but when my son now approached for fresh loan from some other bank for some other purpose, they said you earlier loan was not liquidated/closed. It is not justified. They should close the account in system also....
