I have ordered from swiggy and the location was not correct as it might be the Application of swiggy problem, after that I have called the agent who was assigned to the order and explained him the location but after that he was very rude and he started agruing over the phone for adress, I have explained him 3 thrice the location but he when he came to I told I am trying to explain him the adress but he is so rude and said I am not it father's server and do what u can do. I am going to register with consumer forum and also have a advocate how will file a case against this. Swiggy or his agent are not giving a free services to me I am paying for it and expect the same. I never had any issue with swiggy and this is the first time which happened. I am open for any conservation on this my mail I'd is [protected]@ gmail.com, I have order this from different number

    This is such a unprofessional way if handling a customer. I ordered dinner at 8.30pm and at 9.45pm the delivery guy called me up saying the ordered food was unavailable and hence had to cancel the order. I called up the customer care and they gave such a stupid answer ... Swiggy should have at least made an alternative i[censored] were unable to deliver the promised items.

      Please note order no [protected] executive Abdul Hanif has attitude problem he misbehave with customer.

      Initially he refuse to deliver the order at the location he called and asked us to come down to pick up.

      Then he cannot even give 20 rs change on which he was arguing badly.

      Kindly take strict action against the person.

      Such attitude was never expected from delivery boy where we are paying the charges of the food we are ordering.

      The person was not wearing swiggy t shirt. also.

        Hi this is Kiran from Bangalore.

        I orders food from Swiggy (order number [protected] on 19th july 2018, thorough online and paid amount,

        In my account I had only Rs1600 and order food in swiggy but later I got call from swiggy call center and informed that order is cancelled and amount will be refunded after 3-4 days later. I went to mental agony from this where I did not have money for the food for dinner, I borrowed money from my friend and had dinner that day. I have starved for dinner from this incident.

        I swinggy called call center and they replied casually that there was technical issue will refund money after 3-4 day. also I escalated to manager asked him to refund money immediate and it was totally waste. of time he was also talking casually.

        later I came to know that swiggy is doing to every one taking money and refunding later.

        same issue happened to me on the oder [protected] on 10 june 2018.

          Hi,

          This is in reference to my order with swiggy app. and Order no.: [protected]. The swiggy has cancelled the order even when the restaurant was open and without giving any prior information. When contacted with customer care, am getting reply that we are sorry, backend team has done it. This is complete harrasment and poor services.

          Now, they have asked me to look for another option and provide me a coupon of 100 rupees and refund initiated that will reflect after 4-5 days.

          How can swiggy expect me to have more money to put in to the app and what will i do with 100 rupees? I cannot order more.

          I am a very regular customer of swiggy with an approximate orders of about 30-40 orders per month.

          Request you to please take an appropriate action so as people who are looking for food are not getting harrased and extend their pocket.

            I have addressed this issue couple of weeks back.no action been taken no far.
            We are residing in perumber loco works just opposite to Anjapper Restaurant.
            I could see bunch of swiggy young delivery boys disturbing always near our residance.
            We have told them couple of times.none listein to our words.starting from morning till night 11.30 they chit chat .these incidents creating lot of problem.
            I request some senior to take action and warn them.we are facing a security threat.
            Looking foward some action will be taken soon

              On Tuesday 10th July, I had ordered a VEGETARIAN combo from Swiggy app to a restaurant named Momoz in Koramangala Bangalore.
              I was delivered the food after which I consumed a little portion of it. On seeing weird chunks of pieces in it, i realized that it wasnt a vegetarian combo at all and I had eaten non-veg due to sheer negligence of both Swiggy and the restaurant.

              I, being a Brahmin have strict religious beliefs and do NOT consume non-vegetarian food at all. But thanks to Swiggy's delivery, that is no longer the case.
              I had puked 2-3 times that night and was feeling both uneasy and disgusted.

              I had ordered a VEG noodle combo from Momoz Koramangala (Bangalore) and they sent a NON-VEG instead due to complete fault of either the restaurant or Swiggy

              I contacted swiggy officials to which they said that the restaurant sent non-veg combo.

              Details of the order are below :

              Their customer care and they didnt help much and after asking who will be responsible for this, they said nothing can be done.
              I asked for this issue to be escalated and they said that nothing can be done and they dont return food orders and I should throw or give it to someone else.

              After a lot of argument, they gave the Swiggy support email to which I sent a clear and concise email regarding the issue.
              Till date no action has happened and I have not been updated on anything. All i get is a reply saying that "the concerned team is looking into it".

              This is a serious lapse of management and horrible service leading to my breach of faith and hurting my religious sentiments.

              I want to know how this can be taken up legally and the responsible people be punished for damaging my religious beliefs and sentiments.

              Same incident happened with us today.. We are also brahmin and don't eat non veg. We had invited some guests today for dinner so
              We ordered mushroom do pyazza (order no.[protected] )a vegetarian restaurant "NAGPAL PURE VEG FOOD" sector 22 chandigarh but at the time of serving we found that it was non vegetarian..
              We called up swiggy customer care about the wrong delivery but they said the delivery boy had only 1 order to be delivered so there can't be issue of confusion . We have delivered what we got from restaurant...
              We told them the restaurant serve veg food only that is why we ordered from them. Moreover this is the matter between you and restaurant. We just want what we have ordered.. on this they replied that we will look into the matter in 24 hours.
              We told them we have guest at home but they said we can't do anything ..

                I had done food booking from Chaayos. It seems that the delivery guy called me. Though I didn't get any call from him. However, there was a SMS intimation that the delivery guy was trying to contact me. As soon as I got the SMS, I called the delivery guy. The delivery guy asked me the exaction location, which I provided to him. Thereafter, I waited for almost 20 mins but didnt get food delivered. When I called against, to my suprise I was told that my order has been cancelled. Also that 75 rs. will be deducted. This is cheating your customers. How can u cancel order when the delivery guy has already spoken to and he is near the delivery location. Also if I didn't get any call, its not my problem. This deduction of Rs. 75 is unacceptable. I reserve my right to taking legal recourse against swiggy. This complaint will be followed with a legal notice.

                  I ordered pizza at about 11:15 pm and the delivery executive (Sachin Sonawane) reached by 12:15 am, The delivery executive parked his motorcycle about 100m from my house (where it was meant to be delivered). As it was raining, the pizza box was completely drenched. I told him this is not the way you deliver food. He raised his tone and asked me to check and he spoke as if there was nothing wrong in his actions. The conversation was going nowhere so I started going back, as soon as I turned he started shouting abuses at me and when I asked him to shut up he threatened to come inside and beat me up. I notified swiggy and they said they will take action within 24 hours. But as per previous experience I don't think anything is going to happen. I'm thinking of lodging a complaint in the local police station against the delivery guy.

But I dint get any thing.I called their customer support but they didn't pick my call.The most worst app and service I ever seen in my life is swiggy.

                    Yesterday I ordered from swiggy. There was some technical issue in applying ORDER50 coupon therefore I contacted customer service. They said they would manually compensate the amount as there seem to be some technical issue. I consented. And when my order arrived, delivery boy refused to do so. When I further contacted customer service they cancelled the order.
                    What kind of service is it when customer has to suffer from your own technical issues and such rudeness.

                      Sir today there is an order for idly and juice from my side. The delivery person did not respond properly when asked about the damaged delivery of sambar. He said it was ratna cafe hotel mistake.he also told that i can complain to who ever i want when asked why the delivery is in poor condition. Please take necessary action else i have to take thru commisssioner of police.

                      Hi Iam a car owner today 7/7/2018 around 12 noon in dilshuknagar Hyderabad a swiggy 2 wheel driver blue activa scooted damaged my fiat car rear lights which is about 4k and absconded I have launched a police complaint and this is to let you know that it's not acceptable you have a reputation for being prompt but not on the expense of others.

                        I ordered my food at 9:06 pm and till 9:55 my order is not picked up from the restaurant.
                        I had to call the customer care to cancel the order but they said they will charge me 75 rs
                        this is so injustice when the fault is from you side why should i be paying for it.

                        I want to complain that when you don't have any delivery executives then why do you even take the orders

                          I ordered a Special Chicken Biriyani from Tabla restaurant through your app tiday. I t was delivered shortly. But, when I opened the tub it was found to be just flavoured rice with two slices of a bolied egg. There was not a single piece of chicken inside- not even any sign of chicken.

                          I got insulted in front of my guest. I think I am entitled to a note of regret though not a refund.

                            Hi, This is Pallavi. I ordered food from swiggy on dated 4 July 2018 charged amount of Rs 550/-. I paid from amazon pay. I haven’t received the order and also status of the order still not updated in the swiggy website. I have complained several times to swiggy but still I didn’t get my money back. Now they are not attending my call nor providing the solution. They are saying like contact amazon for the same but in amazon there were no any option for query regarding the amazon pay. Also earlier they were saying that your payment got failed we didn’t receive any payment but when I shared the payment deduction screenshot with them then they were like contact amazon. It’s been more that a week now and I still not received my amount. I am attaching the screenshots for the same.

                              Today I have ordered food from nagarjuna hotel the food which got delivered wasn’t that good the curd which they delivered was too sour and this isn’t the first I’m facing this issue with Swiggy previous delivered food also had similar kind of issues. That i got delivered from A2b, vasudev adigas. I have been to the same restaurant on the same day but the food was good there but only the food which I got delivered was having problem. Please take necessary actions

                                My order no#[protected] was placed at around 6.34pm from Mumbai sion area for food to be picked up from Matunga Dabeli. After 2hours around8.30pm swiggy executive calls me and tells me dat those 2selected items r nt available. When i asked them where were they for 2hours they answered"SORRY". Its really sad thing that aftr120mins of wait i had to cancel my order bcuz its unavailable yet in the swiggy app "Food is being prepared" was refelected. Swiggy authorities i would request you to maintain transparency in delivering food and dont lie to your customers. We rely on it but i see these days its service is very poor.

                                  I have placed an order at 7 pm on 08/07/2018. My order was confirmed by the restaurant and i was being shown a message saying that your order might be delayed because of rains. i have waited until 8.30 pm and when i have seen that the status hasn't been changed, i tried to look for customer support. Sadly the app said there were some technical issues. Even the web page couldn't be loaded. I've called up the customer care number and no one responded. Around 10 pm one of your executives(chat support through app) assigned a delivery executive. That delivery executive called me up saying he would deliver my food around 11 pm. I said it was okay. I waited and checked the status around 11 and again the order was changed back to not assigned and it was cancelled after i again talked to another customer support(chat because no one is lifting the calls) executive of yours. If there were technical issues, why couldn't you cancel my order instead of making me wait and depriving me of food ? I stay in a hostel and i now need to sleep hungry for the night. Nice job Swiggy. It was my 1st order here and i'm never coming back again. I'm never letting any of my friends order through this platform. I've been a avid user of Zomato and today I've made a mistake ordering my meal here. I have to sleep hungry because of you guys. AMAZING

                                    I received only 3 burger which is 2* veg surprise burger and 1*Crispy veg supreme burger I received reg fries and Pepsi tin.

                                    I have order 2*suprise burger 1* Crispy veg supreme and 1* BK GRILL combo burger with large fries and Pepsi tin.

                                    Swiggy didnt delivered the remaining burger with large fries and Pepsi they just said sorry and closed the chat.

                                    Customer team is just saying we have forwarded my feedback to burger King.

                                    No one is seeing what customer is facing issue what customer is getting for which he paid..

                                    Swiggy is making customer fool. By delivering half the products to them.

                                    Kindly take action against them. It's hard earned money I need compensate for the same.
                                    AND stop fooling customer in the big name swiggy.
