My order got cancelled due to the payment failure but my amount got deducted, when i asked the customer care executive he said that it will be refunded in 2-3 days but today its been 5 days and my amount is still not refunded. Very disappointed by this type of service

    I had asked for a call back from swiggy. I did get the call yesterday. And the representative hung up on me while I was in the middle of the conversation.

    Had no training what so ever. Did not know the basics of ending a call or knowing to ask the customer if the issue or the purpose of the call was resolved.

    Very poor customer service Swiggy.

      We have started facing issues now with Swiggy delivery executive if we pay order online they tend to make excuses & do not deliver the order they stand on roadside & ask to collect you order recently the delivery executive of Swiggy Mr Mustaqeem A M Quereshi did same issue for my delivery order [protected].

      Had to wait literally half an hour to get delivery executive to deliver order from ground floor to 2nd floor.

      Kindly provide solution whether we should do ordering online as for any cash delivery we never face this problem on online ordering these people have started creating issues.

      I have ordered a thali of 70 rupees but item was missing rice was missing when we called to inform he denied the same we are very upset with the behavior of the dealer kindly take some action thanks and strict action should be taken and money should be adjustable or refunded
      The smell of franky was bad and the franky was spoiled or leftover it was so bad that i had to throw it away am really dissatisfied and disappointed not had a good experience
      I'm unable to change my profile name, I have only 2 options to be edited, one is phone number other is email I'd, I wonder why swiggy is not providing edit for profile name . please look after this issue

        I ordered a chilli paneer pizza from ritz continental lucknow, yesterday and today minutes ago i would like to tell you that your delivery boys are not providing the food in a proper condition.
        The pizza was brought to me in a slant position in his and it's all waste now.
        The same problem i faced yesterday and the same i, m facing now.
        Please look after it if you don't want any of your coustomers unhappy
        Waiting for some serious action taken towards it.
        The photo is restricted to be uploaded as it is showing only phots of 2mb is allowed.

          Worst food delivery service ever. Order food at 9 pm and they sent me a text around 10 saying your food has been delivered. By continues follow up the delivery guy says he has delivered the food when he hasn't even come to the house. Absolute cheat and thieves.

          And after calling the customer care they said they can't help it they can only refund the money. Such unprofessional and rude customer service (Bahadur). That too the money will take 2 days to come back.

          Horrible service, after waiting for 2 hours and 11 pm in the night no food and no options for me. Disgusting

            I have placed an order on 27th june on swiggy. The bill was of 84 rupees and i had paid the amount through paytm. The amount was already paid and when the delivery boy came to deliver the food then my friend gone to take the delivery. The delivery boy asked for payment and unfortunately my friend didn't knew that the amount was already paid so he paid 84 rupees again. When i got to know about this then i called the delivery and told him to paytm me the amount. After repeatedly calls and msg's he did not paid the amount back. Swiggy's chat support is also not helpful in any way.

              Hello, this is vikas, on behalf of grill junction, west patel nagar, new delhi.
              I had raised the concern of non - payment from swiggy against the orders despatched to customers many times.
              But there is no response from swiggy end,
              Firstly we didn't got any payment since 1 - jan-2018 (I. E since we tied up with swiggy) to till date.
              Inspite of mailing several times regaring the updation of bank details, the details has not yet been updated.
              We get an assurance, from the executive that the issue will get resolved but nothing is happing.

              Recently swiggy market excutive gave the cheque of 12821 rs, of the part payment of the due that we did not received, that cheque also got bounced. And has got returned unpaid.

              Kindly settle the issue as soon as possible sending you the details of the revenue generated by our restaurant since january.

              I had made of a roll. In roll baby roll today and it contained a plastic piece in the roll. The quality of the product was very bad. I would like to pass on this to review to customer. The order number was [protected]. Customers health is at stake here

                I have gone through many issues regarding food on recent orders but i didnt get in resolution to my complaints i am drowning my money ordering my every food
                Every ice cream whatever i order it is getting me in an molten state
                I need an early reply am loosing my money and respect in front of my every guests who all are suffering from the food recently i have ordered a biryani from one restaurant in which i got too much of spicy with limited pieces i have shared even pics as much as possible i[censored] dont have any trust on me even few of the foods r thrown in garbagge because of molten/cold state please do take my complaint and help me out. As i trust only you and order my food so that i get nice food sometimes i get late deliveries if not this time or the other time i may get food which could be eatable but everytime i am getting hurt make an early response and resolve my issues.

                  After reaching home at 1 am i was placing an order on swiggy. I got an error while placing order. So i chat with swiggy cuz they dnt hv any other option, they said log out and log in. I tried to do da same it said my acc is blocked. I was frustrated as there was no other option to reach them. I contacted my frnd to lemme access her acc and call them. I did the same. I talked to agent he said my acc is blocked and there is no other option...

                  I had ordered food from rajvee hotel through swiggy with special instructions to make it without onion and garlic. And what we received was full of onion and garlic.

                  I do not eat onion garlic. And receiving such food at 11 in night, when we are hungry and tired. Also most restaurants close at 10:30.

                  Its a complete waste of my money.

                  And a physical and mental torture to sleep hungry even when we have food and have spent good sum on it.

                  Really disappointed with swiggy.

                  Would recommend every one i know against using swiggy and go for alternative trust worthy apps.

                    I ordered food from swiggy on 25th june feom restaurant homely. The delivery boy named irfan a first refused to come to top floor though i clearly mentioned it in the address and when he finally came he talked very rudely and almost threw my food. He said bad words infront of my mom and was very rude. Take immediate action otherwise im going to sue swiggy.

                      Hi sir/mam,
                      I have been a regular customer of swiggy and have ordered more that 70 times from them. 2 weeks back i wasn’t ordering from fasoos via swiggy. It was showing a 40% discount on orders above 399. However on placing the order for 571 i got a discount of 175 which was 50 rs less than what wasn’t promised. On complaining to the contact centre i wasn’t rebated a 100 rs coupon. However even till today the issue has on not been fixed. An order of 590 is just giving 150 rs discount. I have attached pictures for assistance. Swiggy is looting innocent consumers with false offers. Will be great if you can look in to this.

                      And once the person asked us to pay ₹ 179 but the amount was ₹ 80 from mami tiffen you are useless in every thing you don’t check at all you are making this app just because you want cheat us by taking more money and many customers will not tell but customers like me will do the needful please check it out or we need to give a complaint

                        Good day sir/madam

                        On 18th june 2018 evening i ordered dinner using your app on swiggy pop with order number [protected]. On received the order and paying the amount i can see it was only half order. I ordered for 2 paratha amounting rupees 198. But received only one paratha and paid rupees 198. I called customer care to deliver full order or to return this order. But they repitedly said they cant cancel the order or deliver additional missing item. Instead they gave me coupen of rupees 99 and informed me to reorder missing item which will be delivered in 20 min. I tried to reorder using coupen but cant use coupen in swiggy pop. Please not my original order was also from swiggy pop. Again i called customer care and then they said i have to order normally to use that coupen. When i tried order normally that particular item was not being shown in that particular resturent also for other item i had to pay delivery charge.

                        So basically i was restricted by swiggy to use my own money.
                        I called onother customer care after ordering missing item by choosing cash on delivery and requested her to apply coupen or ask delivery boy to not take money and remove my coupen from my account. But they didnt help. I didnt have cash with me at that moment and atm was also far. So to pay to delivery boy i had to feel embrashment in asking money from my neabour. Bacically i have to feel embrasmwnt for my own money which swiggy restricted me to use.

                        Its not the matter of rupees 99 but its a matter of embrashment for me. It was 4-5 time either swiggy has delivered me wrong item or missing item.

                        Now as swiggy has added coupen of 99 rupees to my account which i have to use it before 18th july. What if i dont want to order anything between that period and also if i uninstall my swiggy app because o[censored]nsatisfactory service of swiggy.

                        Urge you to look after this matter and response positively. And also advise/guide me how to seek help on this matter from consumer forum. Because i dont want to hear just a single patent word "sorry for inconvinience"

                          Hi there,

                          I would like to inform you that its been 4 days but still i don't get any response.

                          They gave me food which i directly though to dustbin. I called them certainly for replacing my order or to take it back, they denied for any help. They were guiding me to eat the food in that condition and offering me coupen of rupees 50.

                          There is no spoon no bill, they have sent me that food without proper packing
                          Please take necessery action against swiggy, they are making money by cheating people.

                          If you can't do anything i will go to court and teach them a lession.

                            I’m using swiggy from 2-3 years in starting it was great but from 5-6 months i ordered food i have an issues almost everytime sometimes items are missing, food quality issues and spilling issues etc then sometimes they provide me refund or coupon or replacement order but from now they don’t do anything for their mistakes and they block me for complaining to much what can i do if i’m not satisfied this company is fraud and can’t help their customers i want my account to be unblocked rn asap do something!

                            I ordered a item while payment page it got debited from my SBI bank but it's redirected to Atom technologies again I made a payment but still that cash rs 220 was not reverted to me..
                            I ordered food through swiggy app and made a payment through my sbi internet banking for INR 1417.00, on completion of payment got a message from SBI, reference no. IGAESFONN7 that payment is successful for ATOM Technologies and my SBI statement reflects the same.
                            Also i received the mail from swiggy saying "your order has been confirmed and will be delivered shortly"

                            When i contact the customer care, saying there is a technical glitch in the payment gate way, and i 'll get back the money in 3-5 working days.
                            I suspect these looters are taking money from customers like this purposely and keep it for few day, then return back to the customers.
                            Same this happened to Dominos Pizza in Chennai, took money like this and returned after 8 days.

                              I had pathetic experience with swiggy.. I ordered (#[protected]) food at 10am and made delivery time as 11.45am... And at exactly 11.50am some one from swiggy called and told me that one of the item is not available so instead of that he will give other one, yes i was fine with that and told them it's fine... Then after 2hr i did not hear anything from swiggy about my order delivery so i tried calling the guy now he is not reachable.. Now i called swiggy no help from them just told me to wait for 10mins they will check in background and if i did not get in 10mins they told me to call back for the cancelation... It doesn't help me again i called there customer support now they assigned another guy, after 5mins the new guy who has been assigned for my order he had called and told some more of my order is not available now again i need to go with the hotel choice...

                              If i want to eat what they wish to send then why i need to order from swiggy and swiggy will tell they will compensate with coupon.. To be honest this is the second time order miss issue happened.

                              There are so many other online food delivery apps are there during this tough computation swiggy doing this type of customer ignorance is unacceptable.

                              I just canceled the order and told them that i don't want any coupons for this and please transfer deducted my money to my account and never i will order from swiggy.

                                Hello,
                                I ordered something from swiggy for a the first time. The driver called me asking for the exact address which was already there. I still guided him, provided him a landmark. He called again and started shouting on me and saying to come to a place nearby to collect it. Then i asked him to talk properly. He updated that he delivered the order which he never did. When i tried calling him so many times, he did not answer my call either. I can’t tell how rude he was. Pathetic first experience with swiggy. Will never oder anything with swiggy again.

                                Our order no [protected] placed on June 8, 2018 was missing 1 order of mutton dabba and 4 orders of caramel custard. By the time we realized it was too late to call, so hence we are writing the complaint.
                                We would like a refund from Swiggy for the missed items on our bill, as well as refund for the delivery charges.

                                  I'd placed an order at 1am. Restaurant prepared food but the delivery guy reached there at 1.30am with out money. So swiggy called me and told me the situation and asked me to wait for 20 mins. As i dint get any response for the next 40 mins and then i was told restaurant is closed and forced to cancel order with a refund within 3 days?? I waited 2 hrs in the night only to get a cancellation confirmation. Very sad. The way they responded was only more irritating.

                                    I ordered pastry from one shop but got call from swiggy that they don’t have the pastry and cancelled the order. I ordered from 2 more places and same thing repeated. They cancelled the order as pastry not available but charged me rs 75 as cancellation fee where as it is not at all my mistake

                                    This company is fraud and has to be shut down. Rogue company looting people

                                      I am very upset with swiggy service. I ordered McSpicy Paneer Meal ( L ) x 1 and it is showing delivered on 8:01 PM but I haven't received anything. You guys don't want to have any confirmation regarding delivered object because you already got paid, this is not the way of working. I want my immediate refund for this order. I tried to contact delivery boy so many times but phone is not reachable.
