Cooler fan blade broken

I would like to tell here that my symphony air cooler ..model ICE CUBE 27..fans has been damaged..and no one is attending complaints related to in symphony service center Aurangabad, bihar. I called multiple times to service center and also logged complain in symphony customer care. But no one resolving my issue....

Delay in repair and providing parts

Hopeless service and hopeless people come from hopeless symphony,
Nothing is perfect, but the way service people cheat, mislead and without addressing the issue, they will close your complaint.
Very pathetic useless service from day one.

Its been weeks I still haven't received refund yet

I booked Symphony diet 50l tower cooler on 18th April and cancelled after reading reviews. but I still didn't receive my refund for my cancellation.
no customer service was able to help.
no email or phone follow up on issues from the symphony.

Symphony Diet 3D 55i+

Replace a water pump for Symphony cooler and it is not working within 25 days of replacement

Recently had problem with water pump so raised a complaint with Symphony. Symphony service partner has reached out to me for the same. Service partner number is +[protected]. He sent a technician to my home to solve water pump issue.

Technician no is[protected]. He came to my house on April 5, 2022, replaced water pump and Honey comb pad. He said water pump will have one year warranty. For this they have charged 2500/-...

Cooler and Technician

Address: GH 43 Flat no 303, Sector 20 Panchkula

A technician came home to repair the cooler and its pump. He installed a faulty pump that stopped owrking next day. He never answered calls or checked it again. Your company is the worst that only cheats people, so is your customer care. The worst experience has been with you guys. Absolutely no customer complaint resolution.

I either want full refund or want the technician to come again and correct the cooler....

Cooler pump is not working from a week

I have purchased a new cooler last month and with in one month the cooler pump has stopped working. We have raise the request with costumer care from one week, but they have not fix the problem yet.

The service person visited home once and fixed the issue in afternoon. The cooler pump stopped working again in evening. There looks to be some basic defect in the cooler unit we have purchased.

Not sure if it was...
