My meter reading is 13588 while i received bill for 14580. I complained so many times and don't listen me to and keep sending from one place to another. It happened second time to me. When requested, that I am a NEW occupant & Do not know the earlier login/pw details, I got help, to register fresh & TNEB cancelled the earlier registration.
