From 10.08.2013 there is power supply at Chella Pilliar Koil Street, Hussain Mulk Street and Subbdral Hussain Street. Only we relieved from 12.00 on 11.08.2013 and the power supply was once again disrupted from 12.00 yesterday night. our consumption was falling in the category of 300 units. All of a sudden it went upto 1300 units in May 2013 reading. Again july 2013 reading is the same as 1300 hnits with the same amount Rs.6440. We have been on travel and can provide evidence of house locked. This is truly unacceptable and ee want justice. Intentionally or unintentionally this is fraudulent. I used to pay Electricity Bills using the TNEB online portal - TNGEDCO. For the past few days when i login it shows the due amount. but when i click the payment check box it shows status processing bar & finally it comes as RECORDS NOT FOUND

I am a resident of Pillaiyar koil lane, Velachery. For the past 3 weeks, we are facing very bad power fluctuation and voltage drops here. We are using double booster stabilizera for AC. Even after that, there is no difference. The basic electrical euqipments like fans, lights are also not working. Even the mobile chargers are not working and spoiled due to this. Request TNEB to take necessary steps IMMEDIATELY to solve this problem.

I am making my electricity bill through online transactions from tneb webpage.. when i login my user name and password it states that, "no records found " for my account.. iam using this for past 1 years and no details are found on my account ie., the added customer numbers are completed erased and no new customer number can be added as it displays "invalid customer number".. take up the necessary steps as possible.....

I am living in VijayaNagar, Velachery, Chennai last 1 year 3 months. I am trying to pay my EB bill in online all the times as they are trying to provide a good service. But to pay the bill in online, every time I have to visit TNEB office in velachery with meter reading and I have to request them to add it in online. After that I will pay in online.

Every time they are giving very good reasons liken no enough...

This is kandasamy from pallakattu thottam,d.kumaraplayam, nallamplayam post, dharapuram tk,tiruppur dt.

I have submitted application new service for my new home before 4 month, i paid amount 18000 rs before 2 months for materials. Koluthuplayam JE and dharapuram AD all visited my place and everything is ok, but i am not able to get anything from them, any response also i am not getting..No Action taken..everything is on hold....

Hi I am residing in Gandhi Nagar 1 st Street - Guduvancehri. and its 1.30 am where ny child age around 1 year is crying for air, ( fan is nor running due to voltage drop)
I am born and bought up here and its almost 34 years now.

In My Area ( Gandhi Nagar) i face frequent power cuts, If power is not available that is beyond our control,
