SIR, I BOOKED two TICKETS from karaikudi to chennai on 16/03/2014. i reached on time and get into the bus but the bus is very bad condition. how to say about seating arrangement if we sit on our seat front seats fall down on my legs whole night.. i complaint about this problem to conductor but he said i cant do anything.. and also i couldn't go bush back also. we very much irritated by this bus route 133UD. we think that UD bus is very clean and give better travell like this bus but now w couldn't walk properly.. both legs are heavy paining so we are going to hospital.. bus route 133UD timing 20.00. My seat no is 25, 26. i booked from tnstc website through online... pl give me the solution. my contact details [protected]

    I was travelling on Chidambaram to Thirupattur route bus no.TN23N2058 Conductor no. 70509 Driver no. 40285 at 1.20 p.m on 14/3/2014.I got ticket from chidambaram to thirukoilur .
    the bus reached Neyveli at 2.50 p.m. the bus was stopped there for lunch.the driver told that the bus would remain there for 10 minutes.but within 7 minutes the bus left me before i ate.the conductor did not check if all the passengers have got back on the bus.so i had to take another bus for my travel.it also made me reaching my destination late by about 1 hour.i had to pay more for the travel
    this a case of clear neglect by the conductor.
    so i request the authorities to take action on the conductor and driver of the bus to be punished as per law

      respected sir, i am shenbaga moorthy from aruppukottai (12/03/2014)wednesday 9.00am i go to aruppukottai ticket booking counter for reservation to chennai.that is mannual booking not computarized. booking officer will not came for duty at 9.00 AM. but I waited for 11.45am . after that the officer will came . i ask one full ticket for me. And one half ticket for my son (age:3 1/2)the officer told me. i give the ticket to u, but"U occupy only one seat, your son is sidown on the bus floor" OR . "U take two full ticket to chennai, i will give separate seat for your son " I am very wounding for the words. Finally he will alloted the last row seat for the bus.[B]( one full seat and one is dummy seat for center row)[/B] and he will told me "i[censored] dont want u go to private (Amarnath)bus. i am very disappointment. please take action for not continue to another person. NOTE: i dont know the offcier name, because he will not wear the name batch, and he is slightly physically challanged person.PLACE: Aruppukottai TNSTC Chennai Booking Counter

        I booked Ultra deluxe bus from hosur to Chennai, instead UD they have given normal bus and they force to travel in the normal bus saying a stupid reason" The bus is full of bugs and it went for service" Every one was fighting but the supervisor is not at all responsible at all... .Since its a sunday night we havent got any another bus and no other option. I cant forget the Night which i travelled in a hell. I never ever go in TNSTC again in, my life for ever.

          we travelled Tnstc Erode - bangalore (ordinary) at 16/02/2014 (23:30) timing bus.. They (conductor and Driver) played a song with high sound. all shouted to reduce sound. but no response from them.. we are working people how we go for job next day.. please do the needful to stop the public nuisance.             Dear sir,
            The buesses which are coming from madurai depo is not stopping at our village.Today in a emergency situation i boarded a bus from madurai depo at 8.10 pm from cumbum.Douting about the stage i asked the time keper at cumbum whether the particular bus will stop at kottur.He said yes.But after coming a long way the conductor said rhat this bus will not stop at kottur, So he made me to get down at chinnamanor.Your are very much aware that this are does not have train facility too.I also seached the whole bus for a complient number which was un available.So i humbly request you to instruct all viable busses to stop at kottur or display a valid phone no in all the busses. The ticket issued to me to travel from cumbum to chinnamanoor is62643 for rs10, Please look in to the matter at the earliest,

              I traveled on[protected]:15 PM from Nagercoil to Chennai by 295UD. The bus left Nagercoil @ 2:15 PM. The bus would have to reach Chennai @ 2:15 AM the next day. But it reached @ 9 AM with traveling time of 19 hours. It was the torture for the passengers. The bus was not in proper condition to ply for long distances.The authorities are requested take action.

                15.01.2014


                Today morning i took the bus in punnam chatram for going to karur.The bus fare is Rs 6 i had gave Rs 10 to conductor.He said no change and he will not give balance rs 4 to me.One of my friend also travelling with me he gave correct amount RS 6 to him.THe conductor has much coins in his cash bag.He was not willing to give changes to passengers like me.Many of them said these types of issues abt the conductor.If there is no change means we can tolerate.Purposly he is doing like that to all.Pls warn the transport employee and advise not to use bad words to the passengers.

                  on Saturday night at 21.30 11.01.2014, I was travelled from chennai to Kalpakkam, Since there is a stage in kalpakkam, Conductor forced me to buy a ticket to pondy with a fare of Rs, 190.( Actual fare Rs 90) for kalpakkam stage. And I got down at kalpakkam by 23.30hrs. The Bus No is TN-01-7723. This is not fare, I am very disappointed with the poor service.                     My Son was traveling from Tambaram to Thiruvalam ( On the way to Chittoor ) on 12th Jan 2014 at 9.00 AM from Tambaram. But while leaving board also was with Chittoor and nobody informed the bus will go upto Kanchipuram only. But while issuing ticket, Conductor refused to give ticket upto Thiruvalm and informed that the bus will stop at Kanchipuram for a while for change of driver and conductor. Conductor informed all the passenger those who are traveling upto Chiitoor can wait in the bus stand with luggages and children. After dropping the passenger the bus was gone out from Bus stand and it didn't turn up for atleast 2 hours till then all the passengers were standing in the bus stand. After about 2.5 hours the same bus has come back and the conductor changed the board to Tambaram and left bus stand. The entire officials are to be punished for this irresponsible behaviour. No one is responsible for any thing. At Tambaram itself the bus board name was mentioned for Kanchipuram, the passengers should have taken some other alternate source to go upto Chittoor. Who are all responsible for this should be defenetly punishable otherwise I will go to Consumer Court. Already private buses are dominating and if the services are so poor from government then you have to totally close these transport offices.My son spent about 8 hours to reach Tambaram to Thiruvalam with lot of mental worries.

And I had my mobile I showed my E-Ticket which had sent to my E-mail Id by TNSTC. But the conductor refused to accept the E-Ticket and he asked me to bring the ticket by taking print out.                       Sir, IN my area only one bus at a particular time :-) Special days like amavasai pournami, the buses are not come to village:-:-) All the farmers, busesschool children's depends the govt bus only, BUT THE BUSES ARE NOT COME IN THAT DAYS STILL NOW.                         Dear sir, I am S.Balaj Prasath, booked a ticket in Ordaniry bus from Salem to Chennai CMBT on the time od departure 23.46 on 3/11/2013 - PNR number : L5992047, OB reference no: OB2290365 - User Id: sbbprasath I have boarded the bus which departure at 23.46 special bus after considering the conductor of bus then after bus departed and reaches Ayodhya patnam conductor examined my ticket and told the ticket is not valid for that bus. Then on enquiring he told that this ticket is valid for SALEM CORPORATION bus and the bus which i boarded is VILLUPURAM CORPORATION vehicle and without any curtosey he dropped in the border of salem district at the time of 12.15 and at that time no any bus facility too. The thing is i have boarded the bus with conformation from conductor only, so explain me that your conductor will treat the passenger with such rude things. So take action over this issue and refund the amount of Rs. 224 in my account on the untravelled ticket basis. Regards, S.Balaji Prasath

                          I am traveling from chennai to salem on Tnstc government bus PNR no.- T6017984/ trip code- 1120CHESAL. Journey date31/10/2013 departure time 11:20am, route no- 422SPL.
                          On the half of the way bus driver got sleepy then he gave the bus to conducter to drive. Please verify and take action immediatly It totally appset my mind and full of fear. Thank you.

                            all bus drivers stooping d buses for d passengers but that makes d pedestraints to struggle those who r waiting to cross d roads while crossing as they r stopping d bus before d pedestrian crossings.. if so pedestrients have to wait till d buses taken off though no vehicle behind d bus comes .. but if d bus drivers stop d buses after pedestrian crossings it will be useful for d pedestriants to cross and look any vehicle comes before crossings.. pls think yourself and act accordingly and make it as a rule..it might save d lives in certain circumstances..

                              Coimbatore, This morning(19/10/2013), I have boarded at Ghandhipuram in government bus and got ticket to reach GN Mills, I gave the conductor (Rangaraj) 10 rupees as the fare is Rs.4.00. He told that he would give the balance amount later. After few minutes, I asked him the balance 6 rupees but he didn't respond me. The second time when I asked the balance he asked for any change and I gave him Rs.1 and he gave me balance Rs.7 (one five rupees note (look very damaged) and an two rupee coin). So I gave that damaged five rupees note back to conductor and asked for better one. After that he was roaming here and there and was not responding to me. I asked him many times for the balance and he was just staring at me. I was insulted by him many times as many other people around me were watching. Actually he was giving the balance to all other passengers and I was the one cornered as I have given him back the damaged five rupees note (Earlier given by him to me). Finally at the last stage where I have to get down I asked him again for 2 times for the balance. I got the balance. I was worried by this kind of bad service.                                 Worst condition , seats are very damaged

                                I had booked ticket in setc, ultra deluxe bus on oct18 2013, fri 9.25pm bus. Most of the seats are damaged and window glasses were broken and no window locks. it was not worth an ultra deluxe . When We asked the conductor about this, he didn't respond at all and refused to give the complaint number. In future pls avoid these buses because they are not safe as well. I have attached my reservation ticket details with a big hope I am writing...

                                Hi,
                                Am Priya .An 18 years old college student from Trichy . I would like to let u know about the incident happened today while travelling from trichy to tanjore . The conductor of the bus ( TN.45.N 1963 ), i have noted him many times while travelling in tat bus . it is an express bus ( kumbakonam ) . He wont give the balance money to the passengers and if they ask for their money he vil start shouting at them as if they had commited a mistake . And today it happened to me .He din't give my money .And also his behaviour was not gud with me and also with other girls travelling in that bus . please make a note of it and take serious actions.

                                  Usually on sundays, From Mettur to Chennai i didn't get tickets. If i go on friday to get ticket for sunday they ask me to come on sunday. if i go on sunday they told all tickets are booked on friday itself. Conductors and Drivers itself giving the tickets to their relatives or known people. Please bring a online registration. This is very difficult for us to get a normal bus and go to chennai. Please consider this as high priority issue.

                                    Hi sir Im Manjunath working in electronic city Bangalore . I commute daily using tnstc bus. I dont prefer a ksrtc bus just coZ I wanted my Tn govt to earn revenue. I had a worst experience today when I commute to Bangalore from hosur. I got it in to a Salem to Bangalore bus in hosur. Daily I pay rs 30 for commuting to electronic city Bangalore. But today conductor mistakenly printed a 38 rs ticket for a other passenger in the place of 45 rs ticket. So he somehow cheats me saying this s special bus so u have To pay Rs 38 .which is actually for a different stop . And I denied coz daily I pay Rs 30 for commuting. But the conductor was rude to me. And made me get down in a empty place . I had To walk 2 kms for a bus stop to catch a bus. This is ridiculous. I pay all my taxes . I pay IT road tax. Everything . But a common man like me got insulted like by this incident. I have failed to note the conductor name. But I have bus number and the time of commuting BUS NO TN 30 N 0676 TIME OF BUS DEPARTURE IN HOSUR IS 9:50 PM DATE 19/09/2013 BUS ROUTE : SALEM TO Bangalore I hope I Will get a prompt action from your end. P.S : I HAD GOT IT INTO A ANOTHER TN BUS WHERE THEY CHARGED JUST 30 RS . Thanks and Regards MANJUNATH C
