    I had submitted a cashless claim against the aforementioned insurance policy number and the insurer(Tata AIG) denied the claim stating that pregnancy is not covered as part of the insurance which I understand and agree. However my wife's treatment was for an ailment which had nothing to do with pregnancy. It was during her treatment she was diagnosed that she is also pregnant. I also furnished a letter from the doctor where she clearly stated that the ailment is unrelated to pregnancy. These are separate issues and my wife's surgery was no way related to pregnancy. But the insurer still wants to deny the claim. My issue is that if the insurer would not even trust the doctor and want to deny or accept claims based on their whims and fancies then what is the point of furnishing any documents for treatment to any insurer rather please with them that is they can accept the claim and they can, if in a good mood, accept the claim otherwise anyways they always can deny claims at their discretion without any consequences

      This is my parking area near my shop heavy loads vehicle and many other things are parked over there when I left for the home i reached at the parking area i so the pocession of my bike was different from the before I had parked then I checked my bike thoroughly the I saw a dent on my petrol tank with scratch mark and then next day I went to visited show room service center then so from 1 month its goin on there is no cctv in that area . i am tense about that and m worried about that if the solution is not been done there can be a hole in my petrol tank because of the rust. your employer doesn't give any rply properly. when I purchase the bike company issured me of zero dept insurance bumper to bumper

      As per the email received on 25/03/2022,
      I was ready to provide necessary documents and explaination regarding my claim though i was not comfortable to communicate via mail and hence I tried to reach you out to your representative Aditya Agarwal via call, he did not gave me proper reply and later he stopped receiving my call. (please find attached Screenshot for your reference).

      As Aditya Agarwal was not receiving my call, I escalated the issue to your higher authorities with the help of Royal Enfield representative . We we're constantly trying to figure out what necessary documents and explaination are required to support my claim but did not receive any assistance from your side.

      As per my conversation with you, you just informed me that my claim is rejected but didn't gave me details for the same and also did not provide me with further plan of action, later you also stopped receiving my call.

      My claim is legitimate and i will not accept that my claim is been rejected by you on such grounds.

      I Request TATA AIG to keep my case open and reevaluate the matter, i also request you provide me with proper assistant and details on how I can prove to you that this is a genuine case.

      I will always be available to you with any assistance required and also accept the same from your end.

        I have been getting daily calls to renew my car insurance, when I have told that I have already renewed.
        The person calling today was rather arrogant and was literally forcing to me ask where I did it from. When I asked if I may know his name, he said why should he, And then he was not even listening to me. He finally hung up on me.
        I got a call at 12:02 pm (afternoon) on 1st April.
        Request you to take strict action with such executives so that they do not give a bad name to the company. And stop harassing consumers.

            Sir,
            I Mr.Tapan Chakraborty having policy no. [protected] having UHID 01P[protected] have ported my 8 years old health insurance policy to the most renowned TATA Aig Medicare with a hope that I will get far better service from the earlier company.. Accordingly one of the TATA Aig Medicare official by name Ms. Anindita approached me and took my signature(s) on the application form along with premium amount cheque, old health insurance copy with continuity details break up and other requisite documents.She did not mention about continuation of the policy and that actually created the problem. As per information she had done this sort of mistake earlier also may be for her own benefit.
            After a few days I got the policy copy from Tata Aig Medicare. On going through the policy document, I have noticed that restrictions on pre existing disease have been mentioned. Immediately I approached Tata Aig officials to rectify the error. Then once again all documents had been reverified to issue corrected policy.
            In the meantime in mid September-2021 I had been diagnosed with Kidney stone and surgical procedure advised by the consultant. After surgery, I had submitted all papers related to reimbursement. After submission of the documents for reimbursement, I have repeatedly asked the TATA Aig Medicare official to inform me whether they have received all required documents for reimbursement of my claim or not. I had to wait for 20 to 25 days to get the mail from TATA Aig Medicare official. After that I have been communicating with TATA Aig Medicare official regarding settlement of my claim but did not get Mr.Papumoni kept on telling, i will get full settlement of my claim within a short time. To my utter surprise on 10/12/2021 I received a mil stating that as my policy has two years waiting period, my claim has been repudiated. Again I had contacted TATA Aig Medicare official, again they have sent papers for policy correction, finally my claim have been settled. In the claim settlement letter it was mentioned that my total claim was Rs. 1, 06, 853.00 less the disallowed amount Rs. 1, 600.00 and payable amount is Rs. 94, 728.00. I did not understand the calculation sen mail for query to TATA Aig Medicare. Yesterday I had spoke to the Branch Manager( probably) over the phone. He spoke so roughly to me that I can't believe any Branch manager of TATA Aig Medicare could behave like this to its customer
            I am attaching herewith all documents including the call recording with the BM of TATA Aig Medicare for your reference.
            I have suffered a lot with TATA Aig Medicare after I have been ported and I am really ashamed of being a part of TATA Aig Medicare and I have decided to port my policy to another health service provider on completion of my policy period. I will also tell my friends and relatives here and social media friends regarding my sufferings with Tata Aig and will tell them to think twice before attaching with TATA Aig Medicare for any type of policy.
            I know TATA Aig Medicare is a big company and maybe my complaint will not get placed in their list of discussion. Even then, TATA Aig Medicare will lose a customer and that's me very soon.

              I bought travel insurance for my mother on 6dec on their webportal. I am in the US so obviously due to the time difference I could not reach customer care in India before 24hrs. Above all, I could not get any customer support while dialing toll-free numbers from the US. I requested one of my friends who is in India to call on their toll-free number and get this policy canceled. He said, they cannot cancel the policy and there is no refund. If we cannot contact customer care from the US then what is the purpose to get this policy? in case of emergency whom to contact? I haven't received any response on email or call. Every time it was just an automatic answering machine response. I got frustrated with this nuisance and filled a consumer complaint in the US portal too. Please take serious action. They are playing with people's money, emotions and health.

                    Greetings of the day!

                    My car ford Eco Sport - titanium 1.5 petrol automatic- DL12CM466, took to Harpreet ford Moti Nagar service station on 4th October 2021 at 1:30 pm, the car had issues with sensor and was not moving and showed transmission malfunction service now. had to get it tow to Harpreet ford service station at Moti Nagar as Dwarka ford service center denied by saying we don’t have staff here.

                    the car was checked by the team at ford and then later I filled paper for insurance claim from tata aig to Mr Shekhar at Harpreet ford. all documents, supporting, pictures and videos were all shared by me to Harpreet ford insurance person Mr Shekhar ([protected]), also tata aig advisor checked the car.

                    I got a call from Mr Indranil Guhathakurata (Tata aig) ([protected]), he did not respond me or Harpreet ford with status till date (from 4/5th October from the time claim request was sent till date 13th October no written communication has come to me as customer has the right to know the reason and need to have the communication.

                    I need refund for the expenses I am bearing for last 10 days for using public transport as my car claim was delayed / not responded by tata aig insurance company and till date my car has not been touched or repaired.

                    Neither tata aig nor Harpreet ford gave me any revert for deny of tata aig claim I filed till date 13/10/2021.

                      I have registered a claim against number- [protected]B on 5th August. Insurance company suggested me 3 options to avail cashless facility against my Zero depth policy. I choose Mahindra service station because owning a Mahindra car. Today when I reached Service station to collect car, they asked me to make 100% payment. I told them this was placed for repair against Cashless policy, they denied to accept the same now while at the time of placement same was well accepted by Both insurance company and service station. After that I have spoken to appointed concerned person for this claim but unfortunate to share that the behaviour and response of that personal was very rude and was not appropriate. Badly disappointed with the behavior. Because of Brand value of Tata, I have shifted myself to Tata AIG but I think that was my blunder mistake and recommend all my colleague and known to stay away from them. They are totally different to what they are at the time of selling/offering their products. Really very disappointing experience. Because of these people forced to use public transport even having a Top Model SUV.

                        Respected sir/ madam I have applied for my reimbursement claim on 19 th June and the claim was registered on 26th June and it's almost going to be 2 months now still I dint get my claim settled. And on 21st July they said it's going for investigation process from that date till now it's more than 25 days and no update further regarding tat also I have called the customer care multiple times and gave a compaint request regarding this many times but no response for anything I have also written to the customer support @tata aig mail id but no response for tat also as I am a dialysis patient and also covid recovered patient I need tat money for my treatment at emergency so I kindly request you to proces the claim soon and do the needs as soon as possible .

                              My policy number is [protected] 01 under the name of P.Dilshad Begum, we had an accident during the parking of vehicle at our home and same picture and damaged spots are intimated to the Surveyor Mr.Prasad (Ph.no.[protected]) and submitted the vehicle to SB motors workshop. After 15 days we called them to ask about the delivery and they said still we did not received any work approval. It shows the Surveyor negligence towards the customer. Now after 1 week during delivery they are saying partial damages are covered under claim. How bad situation we were with this stupid surveyors and how TATA like a big company where entertaining this kind of people. I was really disappointed during the delivery as first said caseless and now they said payment will be release later. I need justice on this, i am ready to raise grievance on TATA AIG Insurance.                                   We have applied for claim on 30/06/2021 and still now we didn't received claim and am trying to call the customer care people daily and those people are saying still in process and no proper response from them and if I ask them when I will get the claim approved they will say please keep on line we fwd to our senior department and the call will get disconnected after 35min is this a proper response to customer and it is a right way to respond to the customer in this I am irated with this company no proper response
