Sir My claim no.[protected] After 3months my claim not proceed but other insurance company claim sattel 7days but Tata AIG service bad. Then not statified your service.

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I have not take any IRDA or POSP licence in any insurance company and want to impanel with TATA AIG Insurance but MY PAN reflect as already have in MISC data, more over when i checked on PAN lookup portel there is no any licence registered on my PAN kindly remove my PAN from your data so i can proceed further. PAN no: AHZPA4690E

      I had ported my policy from National Insurance To Tata AIG, my wife's claim was rejected by Tata AIG saying history of epilepsy from since 25 years.
      The treatment was for suspected lung malingency and not for epilepsy.
      Still the claim has been rejected even when the claim was not related to pre existing disease.

          Applied for health care insurance policy on 22.3.2021 and paid premium amount also on same day and after receipt of counter offer recd from TATA AIG, additional payment on 31.3.2021
          Till date policy is not generated and not getting any response

          After almost waiting patiently for 16 days, since there is no response
          Will someone will look into this and give a response atleast, which didn't happened despite of sending numerous mails and phone calls

                I have a TATA AIG car insurance policy no. [protected] 02 in my name i.e. Man Mohan Sharma which is for my car having registration no. DL-2F-HW-0077.
                I am buying a new car Honda Amaze. I have made a written request dated 18.02.2021 for issue of NCB certificate, however one Vijay Bisht, an official of TATA AIG has orally refused to issue such certificate stating that it can be issued only when the old vehicle is sold.
                Such stand of TATA AIG is legally wrong.
                NCB is a right of the policy holder and does not vest in the car. The oral denial by TATA AIG official is against the law and against the rules of IRDA.
                The acts and omissions of the of TATA AIG official are not only against the law, the same is depriving me in getting the delivery of my new car for which I have already paid the full price.

                  I have grand i10, my car damage from front side when I bang to big stone, now my car in the showroom from last 15 day and here tata aig officer did servey and they are not allow some work to do while it damaged in the accident. I am sick of this service of tata aig. For sure i'll not renew for insurance with Tata aig and will not recommend this service to anyone. The bonnat is shaking too much how can I take my car in this condition even showroom people also saying that we have to chance that bonnat cover but these insurance people not listening my words. Really worst service I have ever seen, Please help me, even staff is not co- operating, nobody picks up call when I call them not answer well, they are so rude while talk.

                    I have purchased one two wheeler policy from Tata Aig Insurance on 16/10/2020, bearing policy no[protected] for my Enfield Motor Cycle.
                    Sir, policy no is not displaying in vahan portal.
                    I have contacted them several times but they said they are unable to do any fever to me.
                    Lastly on 26/12/2020 I have talked with Mr.Prasant regarding the mattter via Telephone no[protected] but not got any solution.
                    I request you to do the needful for the same.

                      I went to Rajendra Hyundai Motors Etawah work shop met with Tata AIG surveyer and ask him I need full claim what do I need to write in details, he said write whatever you feel I just written in simple words after telling him if it's there anything need to add lemme know I will drop you a email in detail but I want my full claim. After few days I got a call from work shop they update me get only rear bumper approval rest we can't do...need to discuss with surveyer approver.

                      I called Harshit Pathak Agra zone executive request him if you can't full approve one side dent and rear bumper but there was no impact... Since 7 days I tried to call Agra zone head Mr harendra but no one give me his number.. I am paying full amount of EMI of policy why would customer not getting proper solution and update from the insurance company??

                      Please provide me better solution with work done of my car.. requesting you to close this as early as you can

                        I am (behalf of my company)holding above policy for our swift dezire vehicle no. GJ27BE 6211.Our vehicle got damaged on 5th Dec.2020 in Ahmadabad as an auto rickshaw strike with car. Same day I contact to your customer care no. they told me that our surveyor will contact you in next 48 hours. After 3 days your surveyor (Avesh shaikh, mobile no. [protected])contact me & informed that he will forward me claim form & he forwarded the same. I request him to take photos for my car but he didn't turn up. On 13th I called him for the same & he suggest to visit authorized service station. Today I visited M/s Kataria Automobiles Maninagar Ahmadabad .Their manager have told me to call surveyor .I called him but he shown his in ability & told to forward photos for damaged part. When today in evening I called kataria rep. he informed that surveyor has raised some objection so they will not attend my vehicle. when I contact Mr.Avesh he informed that my car's particular bumper was already damaged prior to my policy .when I asked him why same was not shared with me.he has no answer.Now pl.let me know what shall I do otherwise no option left with me except initiate legal action against TATA AIG.

                          Hi good evening this is to bring to your notice that we have submitted a private car policy for issuance on 22nd sep 2020 our innova insurance vehicle number ap31ct0018 and given cheque it has been a week submission done in vizag they say v have submitted to core so they have to issue from one week same stories they wont issue policy what the hell is this kind of stories we want to hear, i dont see to issue renewal it takes a week and they are saying v r mailing everyone but no one is respoding if core person doesnt respond why the company is paying salaries, service of tata aig i never expected this out of 10 points ur rating is 1, close ur company better even govt comapnies doing good, due to corona r u sleeping without doing job is this the way to harrash public, recently v have given one name transfer transfer is done but policy copy full blank it has been a month no response its benz car wow what a lovely service yar superb

                            Initially it was notfied to me that all are insured no need to pay any money except claim process amount. Now suddenly they are asking to provide 17000 because oil, carpet, air bag etc are not covered in insurance policy or half coverd.
                            Why it was not notified to me prior to start work, how i ll get 17000 now suddenly.
                            Its fraud done by insurance company & magnum honda service team. They are making foll to custmoer.

                              I have paid for a bumper to bumper with rsa.
                              However i had an issue of car not starting and you have not provided the same.
                              I was stranded 4 hours on the road and had to pay for the same despite paying tata for rsa.
                              I have the same issue with previous policy and tata begged forgiveness but did nothing.
                              I want compenstation.

                                I raised a claim on july 10 which got settled without repairing most of the damages. This was settled without any physical assessment of the vehicle. Since then i have been chasing them for a survey in my presence and detailed assessment report but could not get anything from tata aig.
                                Its been more than 2 months since the vehicle is in workshop.

                                  My verna fuidic car reg. No. Dl 03c bz 5418 was insured under policy no. [protected] with validity upto 30/07/20. At renewal time i was declined ncb benefit on the premise "i have availed insurance claim benefit on 23 july 20." i protested on your call center. Call receiver - bala - stated claim lodged on portal as reason of ncb refusal to me.
                                  On 23rd july i had contacted your call center for change of flat tyre and was ultimately given me tata aig rsa contact no. [protected] to get necessary assistance. I called rsa no. And got propmt assistance vide ref. No. Rrz[protected] on 23 july, 20. Contact person mr. Shubham.
                                  This has been wrongly and deceitfully noted as claim lodged by me on your call center portal giving ref. No. [protected]. Some mr. Dinesh dhami ([protected]) was assigned to settle my claim. I called mr. Dhami and told him not to come.
                                  On 29th july i was advised to request your organisation to ignore the claim call and treat it as rsa. Since, i had no time left, i mailed my request to your noida office. This was either on 29th or 30 th july.
                                  From 28th july to 31st july myself and my agent - meeta sudan code no. 920955 persistently pursued with your organisation to permit accrued ncb.
                                  Only on 30th evening at about 5.30 p. M. I was given the payment link for remitting insurance fees with 25% ncb which i paid leaving other important work.
                                  This is no way of attempting to not give ncb on fictitious grounds. I had insurance with you since 2018.
                                  In future i would seek alternative company to get the car insurance done and strongly protest the harassment given to me. Hence, my complaint of behaviour of your organisation.

                                      This is to complain that i purchased private car package insurance policy from so called renowned and reputed tata aig (With you always) company vide policy no. [protected] on 21/12/2019 for my car i-20 sportz no. Dl 5 cp 4833 as it was recommended to me from some of my colleagues. On 26/07/2020 at about 7:00 pm an accident of my car took place near sanjay jheel, mayur vihar phase 2, delhi in which my car got damaged from right side. Photographs were clicked at the spot and the incident was reported to tata aig toll free no. [protected] on which claim no.[protected] was generated and the incident was reported to local police also. Next day on 27/07/20 i took my above accidental car to body shop of sunrise hyundai situated at pandav nagar near mother dairy plant, delhi and was placed there for repair work. Photographs were clicked by the dealing agent mool chand and all required documents were provided to dealing agent. Approval was given by the tata aig company for starting repair work and i was promised to deliver the car within 8 days after approval. The car was got repaired within 4 days after approval and the outstanding bill amount was sent to tata aig company on 31/07/20 by sunrise hyundai for approval and delivery order but despite several reminders the same has not been cleared and my car delivery is due only because of casual approach, lethargic attitude and non professionalism of your employee vivek (Surveyor) of your company. I also contacted the surveyor vivek telephonically in the evening but still there is no satisfactory response from his or tata aig side. I covered my car under tata aig with the impression that it is a very reputed company in this field and will surely give me good service but my experience with the company is not even satisfactory leave alone being good. Insurance agents surveyor is absolutely unresponsive and lack professional ethics completely. They are not at all concerned with the customer's problem. This sort of behaviour is not at all expected from a industry giant like tata aig. My experience with your company has been absolutely poor and i don't have an iota of doubt that customers have no value at all when it comes to your company. I am not going to take any further service from your company and i will also suggest my friends, family and colleague through social media and other channels not to be associated with your company in any manner as one cannot get quality service from your side.
