I face the following two problems very frequently.

1. When 51 or 63 no. buses (going to Waghbil gaon and Anand Nagar respectively) cross Waghbil naka bus stop (which is below the flyover and sometimes after the flyover also), drivers don't stop bus at Vijay Nagari bus stop. They say its ahead. Especially, young drivers and conductors are very oversmart.

2. When I am the last one to get off, bus drivers start...

I did not have cash, then the bus conductor said that if you do not have cash, then you get down from the TMT bus, and the conductor asked the driver to stop the bus where there was no bus stop and the conductor asked me to get down midway. So I told the TMT bus conductor that you can't drop me anywhere in the middle of the way, I wanted...

I had boarded bus (Thane - Borivali) today at 9:50 am from Kapurbawadi Busstop. The driver of the bus was continuously honking, when complained, he rudely replied that being an electric bus, the sound he has to do so to alert other. This is absurd response. Such rude behaviour of the driver is not at all acceptable. I would request authority to take strict action against the driver. His batch number was G2009. Look forward for your response.br...

From Thane (W) to Bhayandarpada
Time 8:45 am
The bus ride was from Thane (W) to Bhayandarpada via Highway route. The bus was crowded and my stop was at Waghbil. I had arrived at the door during the stop but the driver didn't open the door and just skipped my stop even after requesting him. So he dropped me 2 stops ahead and said its not his fault that he didn't open the door....

Thane station to Kolshet and vice versa route.The frequency for Kolshet buses are very poor.Citizens have to stand in the queue for longer hours extending to 1.30 to 2 hours at times.The frequency for vrudavan is that good that even 1 passenger board's the bus, the bus goes. Here in Kolshet stop overflowing crowd is there, still bus comes at it's pleasure time.This is a regular struggle for Kolshet people as people from Manorma nagar occupy...

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with Bus No. 51, waghbil service on 30 January 2024 at 6:20 am bus departed from thane station. Despite my request, the bus did not stop at Swastik Regalia, forcing me to disembark at the next stop and walk back. This inconvenience is unacceptable, and I urge you to investigate the matter promptly, ensuring such incidents are prevented in the future....

Traffic control room at SATIS not considering the length of Queue at each bus stand while allocating buses. It has been seen that longest queue is visible at Kasarvasavally/ anand nagar bus stand at any point of time....

Dear Management,
We have daily travel in TMT bus from station, but we have noticed every day,
Thane station to Dhayneshwar Nagar, conductor behave very bad, he argue every day. Today 11 January 2014 8:15 AM, he argue me regarding phone not use in BUS, my phone was silent, and suddenly he start shouting, that time bus is half empty. I told please calm, but he told I am very senior person I know rules in my bus.

Please increase the frequency of bus from Narpoli bus stop to Thane and Narpoli bus stop to Anand nagar. We have to wait for hours for a bus. Even though it is 64 number bus which travels to Anand nagar the conductor gives ticket to kapur bawdi and ask to take another ticket from there to Anand nagar. The bus drivers drive too slow it take 1 hr or more to reach Kapur Bawdi even though there is no traffic. The bus halts for 20 to 25 mins....

It is request to increase the frequency of buses from Shivai Nagar to Thane Station in morning from 7.30 am to 10 am. It is the time when maximum number of commuters travel to go to office. Buses come and wait for 20 minutes, that needs to change for morning....

The change of Bus Stop for bus no. 9, 16, 10, 34 has caused immense tiredness on commuters in last more than a month. Commuters already who are tired from all day at work have to walk from station to gaondevi daily . And also it goes vice-versa, i.e travelling from gaondevi to station to catch train on time daily....

Since the change of bus stop, daily commutors are facing a lot of challenges as there are lack of availability of busses at gavdevi bus stop, 34 number bus never comes and 10no bus takes 45 minutes to reach destination . So upvan commutors are facing a lot of trouble . Complaint about 70 number bus route Thane Aanand nagar depo to khidkali ( Desai Naka ) bus number MH 04 HY 7027
Timing 10 to 11 between . Bus was reach at khidkali stop @10 pm.

Diver and conductor is taking 7 rs. Extra because I have catch the bus 10 stpe before the stop . We are waiting last 1 hour. Bus is in traffic and stand in opp jivdani hospital it's is 0nly 10 stap way from the khidkali bus stop

Today at 11.50 am a bus arriving from parsik or mumbra had no destination board and at kharegaon naka where around 10-15 citizens were waiting the bus came near by to the bus stop but tye conductor said "zaude" (dont stop)
and the bus took off! And the bus only had 5-7 passengers and it was the big pink bus maybe headed to Chendani koliwada or thane stn! Plz take action as soon as possible...

34 number bus(upvan) never comes on time, especially from last 5 days bus hasn't come between 7am to 8 am, kindly look into it as commutors are facing a lot of trouble bcoz of non availability of buses...

Dear Concerned Team,
As my regular day I went to catch my bus from Court Naka to Thane Station.
But yesterday[protected] I met with a TMT bus driver who was disrespectful, arrogant, irrational and extremely rude.

The incident so happened that 3 buses arrived simultaneously and 1st bus was full with people. So I moved to the next bus where the front door was open and boarded.
The bus had only 3-4 passengers...
