Thane mulund buses are so infrequent and never on time

Thane mulund buses are very less and are never on time, they are very infrequent Even for 30 mins journey we literally have to waste 90-120 mins . Services are very very bad....

Bus frequency

It has been 1 hour 30 mins that I have waited at the borivali station for the bus to Thane, numbered 65 . It is highly unacceptable that there isn't any bus for 90mins straight. I opted this route from Santacruz considering that myself being a senior citizen, it's convenient but also realised that it's way too dicey and one CANNOT depend on it or the TMC Bus service.
Please look into the matter!...

Misbehaving with ladies and taking fine, their was clearly conductors mistake that he didn't give ticket and he blamed us that it's your mistake, and took a fine of 420 rs this is very wrong .why we would not buy 35rs ticket and give 3times fine🙂shame on tmt rules and regulations.its too rush in bus..that why conductor has coming from left-hand side we are setting right side ..we pay the fine (TC) Has clear told that go to thane Mahanagar...

Thane Bus route

Hello

A sincere request from a daily commuters from borivali to thane..pls change the route of the bus no. 60 and 65. We do not understand why the bus pass through Kashimira when there are several buses available to Mira road commuters. When the bus service is for thane residents then why Mira road people should travel in the said buses...There is lot of traffic on the Kashimira road specially in the evening which is a waste...

Regarding late buses on the bus stop

The buses are not send on time on the
Kisan nagar(Neptune it park ) bus stop .

The buses are 40-45 mins late during the day time.
Causing a lot of inconvenience...

On dated 21/05/2024, MH 04 LQ 8286, bus driver don't stop bus at Cadbury bus stop, further we ask questions why bus didn't stop at bus stop they used bad words while Talking with us and bus didn't stop at Cadbury juntion bus stop. I also Attach my journey details as follow

    Very critical and urgent - best conductor misbehavior and wrong ticket issuance

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I had boarded TMT Bus No. 65AC (Vehicle Reg. No. MH04 LQ3851) from Thane East Railway Station at around 9:30 AM today morning i.e. 09.05.2024. I requested conductor to give me ticket near SAI PALACE which is located at Mira Road East but he gave me Sai Nagar ticket. I told him immediately this is wrong one and then he issued me other ticket and started shouting at me that I made him loss. He took 50 rupees...

    Bus not being on time

    I'm a resident in Thane Shivai Nagar, my office time is 10 to 7 pm . Earlier Bus no 110 used to come at 9.10 which is appropriate for commutators to be at work on time. But now the Bus comes after 9.30am or it doesn't come at all. Please look into this matter ASAP....

    Senior citizens bus pass identify card

    To issue an Identity Card a residence proof is required. TMT surprisingly does not accept voter ID card as a proof and demands Ration card for proof. Most of citizens are not eligible for ration supplies and hence don't have Ration Cards.
    Is it not a harrasment to senior citizens and and adamant way to refuse the facility.
    This complaint has even been submitted to The Collectors office. But as usual everyone is sleeping on it...

    Rash driving by driver

    Bus driver, driving bus MH 04HY7631 was driving bus very rash, applying repeated strong brakes around 8.20 pm near nitin company.
    He was scolded by CHALO BUS services at nitin signal and other vehicles. Still he continued to drive same. On asking him about rash driving, he replied arrogantly and told to complaints at whichever authority .
    He did not tell his name and batch number.

    Poor ac cooling in electric bus

    Very very poor ac cooling in electric bus running between thane station to borivali east.
    Bus no MH04 LQ 8277.
    Travel date - 29th april 2024, 9.44 am
    From - dongripada ghodbunder road
    To borivali east

    Even after complaining about ac driver and conductor did not cooperated and increased cooling in the bus
    It was very suffocating in 1 hour journey since the bus windows are closed....

    Not stopping the bus at garthan pada bus stop

    On 26/04/2024 today at 11.00pm i am waiting for a bus at garthan pada near dahisar metro station past half an hour till 11.30pm there are 2 buses are pass away and not Stop at the bus stop i was waving my hands to stop but the driver has signing his hand and saying piche ghadi Aara piche aara. I was so angry. The next bus also same scenario. I was so angry. Next 10 mins later best bus has arrived c700 that bus stopped and i went back my home....

    Distance Parking

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    At Thane Station, Stop No. 7, the bus parking is too far from the bus stop. Due to the distant parking, we are unable to catch the bus as unlined people are boarding it before us. I request you to instruct them to park the bus closer so that those in line can board first....

    Bus driver driving MH 04 LQ 8279 is rash driving. He is pressing 2 wheelers on extreme left in speed even though he had complete space open on the right. When asked him, he was arrogant saying that is how he drives, do whatever you want. Please take strict action against him.

      1. FREQUENCY OF BUS
      I daily travel to vartak nagar from MIDC, since there is lack of mulund bus frequency so facing issue of too much rush and delay for other works.

      2.NEGLIGENCE

      Didnt stopped at Kashimira, argued with senior citizen about it

      I would like to lodge a complaint agains the bus driver & conductor of TMT AC bus no 65 (MH 04 LQ 8723).
      They didn’t stopped at Kashimira. One senior citizen wanted to get down at the stop but they took the flyover. He was raising concerns about it & driver started arguing with him (unacceptable behaviour).
