I have been using Titan Eye Plus spectacles for over 6 years now and have had a good experience with them until now.
I bought a fast track spectacles from Titan Eye plus shop on 29th April [ address: No.9, Opp Infosys Cricket Ground, Gate No-3, 1st Phase, Electronic City, Begur Hobli, Konapanna Agrahara Village, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560100]
They provided me the specs on 30th April and i was very happy though they told it would be delivered in 3-4 days. Since I have been using the frames from same company I had full faith in the quality and took them home.
On the second day o[censored]sing it I found out the the lens are not fitted properly, and was almost about to fall off while wearing it. On inspecting further i found that the lens have not been cut properly and it is not sitting correctly inside the frame.
I took the specs today to the shop and showed them the issue. They took a look at it and said that they are going to need a confirmation from higher authorities regarding getting a new lens for the frame. And only upon confirmation they are going to replace it. If not then nothing can be done.
My question to them is that when you are taking so much money, 5k, being a premium company it is expected that you provide a premium product of good quality and finish. Else what is the difference between titan eye plus and a local shop.
Now if the higher authorities do not accept the claim from the shop then I am stuck with a defective piece. Where should i head to to get this solved? Was this information helpful? |
