I ordered lenses from titaneyeplus ambience mall, gurgaon on 2-5-19 to be delivered to my home. After 15days today when i called them they informed me there's some delay and i will receive them after 30-5-19. I didn't even receive a call regarding this which i should have. Very bad services. They should have some courtesy to inform consumer and this is not first time that i am facing this issue. I was waiting for new lenses to come as my previous lenses have expired and now i have nothing to wear in my eyes. Really disappointing Was this information helpful? |
