With respect to the spectacles that i had purchased on 28th may ’16, i am too disappointed with the way titan eye plus has handled/behaved with the whole situation starting from my purchase up till now.
Titan eye plus happened to deliver the spectacles twice to me with the same defect( titan eye plus glasses) and when escalated the surprising response i get is “the entire batch manufactured with the mentioned power had the same defect” so the question is – why are you even sending those spectacles to the customer when you know of the defect??? Don’t you guys have a quality check on the product before delivering it to the customer ?
Secondly, time delay – purchase date and current date – the delay that titan plus has shown is not only annoying but also unacceptable. Unprofessional is what i can call at this point in time.
However, the manager (Giridhar) and the showroom staff (Naveen) mentioned that they would replace the glasses once again through crizal on 17th june and promised to deliver it on 22nd june.
Today (23th june) when i called giridhar (Which was again me who was following up) he told me that the glasses are ready but they would only give it to me with additional charges applied.(Rs. 800/-)
So the resolution i am expecting from your end is ---- either you refund the whole amount which was paid by me during the purchase or hand over the glasses to me without any additional charges.
I do not want to be penalized for a mistake which wasn’t from my end, why should i even be bearing the additional charges with no fault of mine.
Sad and pathetic customer service, sorry to say but i wouldn’t even be referring titan eye plus to anyone within my circle with the way you guys have handled the entire situation.
