I bought a pair of specs on 29 oct 2021 from kechari chowk outlet, Bhagalpur, Bihar. Within a couple of month it's broken at the bolder. As per the warranty card it's subject to replacement or repair but the sales executive at the outlet is claiming another version of damage to be true and is denying to co operate. The warranty card states “damage at the bolder" whereas the sales executive claims ”Damage of the bolder" . This is really misguiding and non transparent. Despite of mailing several times to the customer care there's no response. This is really very disappointing.Appears that may be they will reply when the warranty period is over.
