I ordered a pair spectacles in Titan eye plus showroom in Ambattur branch, Chennai on 23rd March 2015, my cylindrical power was -3.25 but they delivered spectacle with power of cylindrical power of -3. 0 in the right eye!! They did not even know this while giving me the specs, after a while in home i realised of having blurred vision when compared with my old spectacle, as I went to them, the mistake was found. The receptionist was apologising for this and assured me that i would receive the lens in 4 days but there was another woman(opthamologist) who was a bit rude from the begining, she was very negligent and was trying to frame me for their mistake. The 4 days story turned out to be nearly a month long, but still i did not recieve my specs. I spent around 8600 rs for this! they are preaching about their quality of service but every thing is just crap!! I have been using spectacles since childhood and this is the first time I have seen such a poor service!! Before these corporates took over the spectacle business, there were small shop outlets who did fine job and delivered quality product. Now I accept that it is my mistake that I opted for Titan Eye plus. I wonder if anything could happen regarding this though I have lost faith. Was this information helpful? |
