Titan Eye Plus — replacement not provided for in warranty product

Hi i purchased eye glass frame from titan eye plus aliganj, lucknow around in may. After purchasing the frame its paint got wearing off after just 5 months. Also the nosepad broke one day. They provide 1 year warranty so it was in warranty
I reported matter to customer care and told them about the issue on 4 nov 2018 around 2 pm. They assured me callback within one hour after contacting their store. No call came
Same thing happened when i contacted them again 4 nov 2018 around 6 pm. Each time they take too much details wasting 10 minutes of mine.

After that called again on 5 nov 2018 12 pm and they said reply will be guaranteed by 6 nov 12 pm on call. Still no reply. (I think they consider their customers fool). I contacted the store directly on 7 nov 2018 and they told me replacement has been rejected. I dont know what kind of paint they use on frames which wears off so easily that they dont even survive one year

Have purchased 2-3 frames from them till then also such pathetic service. Please help

Hi Team,

Same issue happen with me I bought frame from Panchkula sector 9 store, Frame paint is wearing off, I contact store two to three times, every time they say frame is not in the list they got on every Monday.
Even is purpose of saying frame are under warranty if you are not providing support for me.
Really feel bad for such experience.
