Titan Eye Plus — Spectacles damaged by store technician during frame alignment, demand you to resolve this issue asap

On 14th March, we had been to himayatnagar Titan eye plus store of Hyderabad to purchase new spectacles and purchased it. At the same time I gave my old spectacles for frame alignment but received it with damage to the coating on right lens of the specs and raised the same query with the store in-charge but we have not received convincing response. We demand you to give us the solution for the damage occured asap.
