I bought a spectacles worth Rs 4100 from Titan eye plus on December 28th. I used it a very few times. And within three months the frame got broken now. When asked in their showroom, they told frame brokage will not be covered under warranty whereas I see there is a warranty period of atleast 6 months for frame. It's a huge loss for me. They produce such a poor quality of spectacles which broke within 3 months. They are cheating customers like this while getting huge amount for their products Was this information helpful? |
