I have a very bad experience from titan eye+ titan eye plus in malviya nagar, delhi - 110017. i am reproducing the mails i have sent to them as well as titan eye plus customercare. even after three weeks, there is nobody come forward to resolve the complaint. i am planning to take up the matter in the consumer court.

With reference to retail invoice no. bcf0020830 dated 04/07/15, sales order no. tdmn021771, i had purchased a spectacle with the lens prem pc pro g hmc (item code : ptp16hw) and with reference to retail invoice no. bcf0027235 dated 23/06/16 sales order no. tdmn028506, i had purchased the lens prem pc pro g hmc (item code : ptp16hw).
Although both the lens have the same item code and the same product description but the thickness as well as weight of the second purchased lens is very less as compared to the earlier one.
I would like to know why the two products having the same product code and for the same power vary in thickness as well as weight with such magnitude?

With reference to complaint number:[protected], and lot of telephonic call on customer care no:[protected] and titan eye plus branch in malviya nagar, delhi, regarding the concern raised by me nobody has come forward for any resolution till date. that despite regular follow up with you, you have failed to provide any resolution.
I take this opportunity to remind you that in the event of your failure to give a resolution within 10 (ten) days of the receipt of this notice i shall without any further reference to you be constrained to initiate appropriate action against you before the competent authority.
