Titan Eye Plus — Worst behaviour by manager(S.chindak)

I had very good impression of Titan but recently when I visited recently opened store at Goa veas Belgaum i was shocked by seeing behaviour of manager after taking advance amount nearly 3k for eye frame and glass by there request bcoz o[censored]navailability of eye check doctor from there side which is mandatory and at the same day I made purchase of wrist watch of 6.5k but later after a week during payment they started to charge1k additional on questioning the response was horrible as if we were thieves which in fact they are exploiting customers.. if you people want I can produce receipt
BEWARE!!!
Even tried to assault by forcibly taking receipt which they gave us before
As a request plz look into the matter
