    I am chhaya rai deposited a sbi cheque (No 366209) in union bank of india (Ubi) station road branch surat
    For account no [protected] on[protected] in the name of chhaya rai amounted rs.98000.
    The said cheque was credited in central bank of india (Cbi) lal darwaja branch surat in the name of roshan azami for account no [protected].
    This cheque was stolen from ubi branch as per clearing officer of cbi said. Then i immediately went to nearest mahidharpura police station surat they approach
    Branch but they said that your person who deposits the cheque have deliberately stolen it or the member of the thief group and took no interest on the matter.
    Also police is not ready to file fir.in ubi branch mostly they don't stamp on deposit slip and my deposit slip was not stamped so they did nothing.
    I am sure that the account in the name of roshan azami is a fraud account. When i went to cbi clearing office i request them so they gave the photocopy of cheque
    In which where chhaya rai is written is replaced by roshan azami and on back side where my account no and contact no is written is also replaced which can be seen
    By writing differentiation.
    Cbi clearing office said that in the same account many cheques are deposited. Cbi clearing office contact no:[protected]
    So you can contact and they will make very clear about this matter. Afterwards police filed a fir. Sir so it's my humble request to you to check this matter very minutely and help me

      On date 05/07/2017, i went for food in 'akshay family restaurant mumbai'
      First time... I swapped the card in machine... Then transaction is processed, no approved. Receipt not generated and not receieved message. After swapped the card... Enter vpin... And transaction successful and pay rs 478... Receipt generated this time. But first is processed then this amount rs 478 deducted in 06/07/2017. And on 06/07/2017, i not in mumbai.in 06/07/2017, i am in ujjain (My home city). So please solve...

        Hi..
        I am using the upi union bank of india app.
        I had transferred rs.12500 from my account through this app. The transaction failed but the money was debited from my account. I had filed a complaint through this app but it's been 10 days now and the issue has not been resolved, the amount is not credited back either in my account or the beneficiary's account.
        My money is still stuck because of this stupid app.
        I've been sending mails daily but there is no response.
        Is there someone to look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.

E from may inwards no installment has been collected from my account. I have called several times to the branch concerned and asked them the reason of not recovering but they have not replied properly. Now, my question is that whether the concerned bank will return the excess sum deducting towards interest? If so when?_

                I was paying the fees of sister via online server given to by the union bank of india for kendriya vidyalaya student. While making my transaction of 2400 rupees. And suddenly it's showing transaction failed but the transaction has been done as the phone no associated with the sbi debit card is showing successful transaction has been done. While calling the given helpline no one is picking it up, rather one is switched off i have been trying since morning and the email id they have given is also not proper as. It shows there are no such user. I don't know what to do please help.

                    I mohammed shafique choudhary proprioter of m. S. Travels having current account in your bank from more than 10 years. My account no is [protected].
                    I submitted internet banking form in march 2017. But i not recieved my user name and passowrd yet. Several time i visit my home branch nullbazar mumbai but i not recieved my user id and password. No official answer recieved yet. When i visit just got one answer no manager today no asst manager today. Even the person recieved application also not present when i visit in branch his name mr abdullah. After 3 month of submitting my application for internet banking i not recieved any kindd of letter or any paper related to my application. So what can i do??? Can i go with other bank??? Your bank's services are very bad. And bank staff's behaviour are too bad. Not giving any kind of answer when i query about my problem. Just blaming each other but no one want to meet me. My mobile no is [protected]. This is my last email regarding my problem. If problem continues i will surely go with other good banks.

                      Discontinuation of committee overseeing purchases at NRO Kolkata

                      Sir,

                      At Union Bank of India’s Regional Office Kolkata there happened to be a fully functional purchase committee consisting five officials for dealing with all matters pertaining to all purchases of the region, in respect of such items where individual cost of each item exceeds rupees twenty-five thousand at a time. All the proposals were routed through this committee ensuring maximum transparency in the various purchases and tendering process.

                      Now over the last few months powerful vested interests at the office has ensured that the committee is phased out. Present regional manager Mr Nihar Ranjan Samal has shown no initiative to restore the functionality of the committee. Instead he is coercing other officials to fall in line with the vested interest group by deliberately hindering the independent review and evaluation of the purchasing documentations and its proper scrutiny. There is a high risk of collusion with suppliers at the cost of the bank’s resources. M/s Kumar & Kumar is one such vendor who is thriving despite the fact it does not have sufficient manpower at its disposal to service bank’s requirements. The situation is alarming and a few individuals are tarnishing the image and goodwill o[censored]nion Bank of India.

                      Deliberate acts of omission and commission in the various purchase process of the bank brings only defame and bad reputation to the esteemed organization. Preservation of discipline at controlling offices is of paramount importance to ensure customer delight and satisfaction. Honest officials of the bank must be protected to ensure that the future of the bank is in safe hands.

                      Please initiate some action from your side for early restoration of the Purchase Committee to ensure proportionality, transparency, accountability and fairness in the procurement process at the bank’s Kolkata Region. The matter won’t be left out till the time sanctity of an independent committee overseeing the purchase and tendering at the concerned office is duly restored.

                      Since powerful vested interest is at play, please ensure confidentiality and protection of identity of the sender.

                        My name is Sromona Saha, an account holder in your esteemed bank (Account No: [protected] ; IFSC Code: UBIN0552933). This is to notify you of a discrepancy in the ATM withdrawal dated 07/07/2017, time 7:13 PM. When I entered an amount of INR 10, 000 of cash to be withdrawn, only 20 notes of INR 100 was dispensed and the rest INR 8000 did not come out from the machine as the screen showed a message of "Service Unavailable". However, I got a SMS stating that the entire amount of INR 10, 000 was debited from my account. The ATM machine was that of Kotak Mahindra Bank, New Alipore, Kolkata branch.

                        I have been trying to reach the customer care number but unfortunately it is not reachable. I humbly request you to take the necessary action and direct me to the proper authorities so that I can receive my INR 8, 000 back.

                                  I have got a refund of rupees 6999 on 30th June, 2017 from Amazon.in, 2017 which has been processed successfully on the same day(30/06/2017).Transaction number is[protected]. The amount 6999 is supposed to be reflected in my Union Bank account with in 5 business days. Today is 7th July, 2017. Even after 5 business days have passed I still can't see my money is deposited in my account. My Union Bank account number is [protected]. Union bank can not give me any information about the money deposit or the refund is pending at their end. They have filed a complain for this issue and complain id is 30263071 but did not give any surety about the money whereas Amazon.in continuously stating that the refund is processed and should get by 07/07/2017.

                                    I have paid Rs.1800/- & Rs. 1500/- online thru SBI credit card on 26/6/15and got message from HSBC that successfully paid Rs.1800/- & Rs. 1500/- for kenriya vidyalaya but while going to take print receipt it is shown that "Either you have not paid fees or no record found" school I'd no is[protected] @ [protected].                                       I have pay my 1st quater fees on 24 june 2017 at that time the OTP NO will also come ojn my mobile no and the transaction amount will also through my account but at the the time of printing recipt its shows that that the transaction had been failed still I waiting for 2 working days but there will be no change nd when i try to pay for same quater next time then it show that there in no payment pending And now when I pay for 2nd quater its show that i have to pay for 2 quter that is Quter 1st and 2nd as well. So please tell what i have to do now nd last date of fee pay for @nd Quatwer is 15 july 2017.Please reply as sson as possible.
