So far, so good. Urbanic is working on building a stronger response system and taking steps to address most of the complaints. While there's room for growth, their efforts show a positive trend in customer support. We hope Urbanic will keep up the work and continue to help more customers with their concerns even better 🤝
Promised while applying they will provide Provident Fund but its been 12 months now no Provident Fund from company end has been provided. Details were taken at time of joining but till now the esi card not issued ....
