I had bought an coat but didn't like it so i returned the product but still didn't get my refund back now they are avoiding my mails i want my refund back

This is to inform that I had ordered 2 clothing items from Urbanic for the very first time...Looking at the pictures they were looking of good fabric...But when I received my order, both the fabrics were of a very bad quality...I tried doing the return process from their app but it was not allowing to upload the pictures so I emailed on their customer care as there is no contact number given for their company for complaints...
I told them that I’m unable to process the return through their app...I was replied for this email too late and then after a long after sending the pictures and my bank details my order had been picked up and I was been sent an sms with a link mentioning that my order has been picked up and can track on this link.After clicking on the link it’s not opening, it’s showing some error...
I’m continuously sending them emails but nobody is responding...
I’m waiting for my refund of Rs 1284...
I have already sent my bank details to them...
There customer care is too slow they don’t even have a contact number as other online shopping company has...
Kindly look into it and get my refund done ASAP...

Urbanic is fraud

I ordered two items out of which I received one. On checking the site I found that they cancelled the other item but did not refund.

I tried contacting via Gmail, and customer support but no one turned up.

Hello, I ordered my things on 18th nov order no.:[protected] on 7th dec I got a call from the delivery guy to whom I requested a reschedule, I ordered the items on sale, later I kept asking the support care about the update, until 13th they constantly kept saying it’s on its way to me, then suddenly they say it’s been cancelled and is back to the pavement, it’s not like I’m getting it for free and reordering is more expensive cause off sale cap. Kindly please send me the same order instead of making it more complicated.

I ordered 3 hoodies and a necklace 20 days ago but i still havent received any information about whether i'll get it or not. When i placed it, it said it will come on 13th or 15th December but now on the app its still saying"order confirmed" will be shipped in 3 to 5 days. This is really not acceptable, what kind of shopping brand is this. Im very disappointed.

No contact details to communicate I have a doubt about this website will they deliver the order

Its been 8 days of me not receiving my order, what kind of a service is this...
My order is not even shipped yet
Its clearly been mentioned that delivery will be done in 3-5 days then how are you going to answer this...
If you confirm something then atleast stick to it, customers waiting for their order without being aware of its arrival date is the most frustrating thing during online shopping, I hope you you keep this in mind
And atleast try to give a date.

This is with regards to Order No.[protected] placed on 16th November, 2020 on Urbanic App of Rs. 4, 906. It has been 20 days since I have placed the order. The items have still not been delivered.

I have received an email today stating that 2 of the items aren't available due to high demand. I have paid the money for it at the time of placing the order and the items were in stock, so I do not understand why can't it...

I received something else not what I ordered so I want to return it back and get what I ordered

I have returned the product to URBANIC with the order ID[protected] which has been successfully picked up on December 02, 2020 but haven't received my refund of Rs.1890 yet. Too much delay. First of all I hv received a thin quality item and they r not giving my refund, 😠 worst app, they will lost their cx with this behaviour.

I ordered a sweatshirt worth of 495 and its been more than 10 days and I haven't received my refund yet.

I ordered two coats while I received only one and that too is of poor quality now I want to return but product is not showing in my orders list ....

I had placed the order on 22nd November, 2020. It has still not arrived and I am unable to track it on the site provided by them. I contacted the customer care number available on google and that was a fraud call. He told me that my order hasn't been properly paid and he asked me to "complete the process" by paying him the amount equal to last four digits of my phone number on Gpay and then only he can refund me the amount that I paid. When I told him I won't do it he told me to download anydesk app and give him permission to access my device. I again refused. I asked for another customer care number or a manager's number and he hung up. On the app no order history is shown for my account and there is no customer care available on the app. The money hasn't been refunded nor the order has arrived.

Around October 24 I had placed a order for a black ruched slip dress and in November 4th i received the product. What i received was a grey co-ord set, which was a totally wrong product of i had originally ordered. This was even my first time ordering from Urbanic and it was a huge disappointment. After that I applied for the return request and even the pick up took around 3-4 days, as the company claims that it's 7-10 days easy return, that's completely nonsense and they even claimed after the wrong product reaching to their warehouse and after undergoing the quality check up the refund would be initiated. The product reached their by 14th of November 2020 and since then I haven't received any updates from them. I even emailed them a plenty of time, texted in the help chat box in the app and even messaged in Instagram but so far no response from the email and whatever they are responding in the other source as I mentioned it's not clear and they are just fooling around, even the other sources have stopped replying, moreover they don't even have a contact number through which we could contact them. This is ridiculous and it's just mentally harassing the customers. The amount was 1025 and even that got deducted to 926 which is the amount of the product only. Please help me out as this company is a fraud and I want you to please take a strict action against them and even get my refund processed back to my account as I've even given the bank details.

Delivery boy did not deliver my product as per the address i provided, infact did not talk to me about the parcel and cut the phone when i was asking about the same

I have placed order on 24 july 2020 and haven't received my parcel yet. There is no means of contact to this company whatsoever. It's been more than 22 days, is this fraud?

I haven’t received my order yet. Was placed on 23rd june 2020.

I ordered a top from urbanic.. When I received it was very thin so I returned. I paid 1124 while ordering but when I returned product I got refund of 1025 I paid courier charges for product I didn't buy or keep as quality of the product was not good.. I tried contacting their support asked them to refund delivery charges but they didn't.. Though I didn't use the product as quality of product was poor I had to pay.
